lori.anderson@ogdeniowa.org I grew up in the small farming community of Dows, Iowa. After graduating from high school, I received a Medical Secretarial degree from the American Institute of Business in Des Moines. In May 2019, I retired from a 43-year Administrative and Management career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Ames. Even though I did not grow up in Ogden, I immediately felt like this was my home when my husband, Mike, and I chose the City of Ogden as our family residence in 1986. We were blessed to have the opportunity to raise three great children in this friendly community. I continue to search for ways to help Ogden grow and thrive by participating on the Legacy Board of Directors as well as other community activities.

margaret.liston@ogdeniowa.org I grew up in Beaver and attended school in Ogden for most of my elementary and high school education. I moved to Ogden in 1999. I have always felt welcomed and supported by our community. My husband, Gerald Duff, and I are a blended family of six adult children and 13 grandchildren. I am a retired peri-operative registered nurse. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration. My first term on the city council began in 2004. I have gained enormous knowledge about city government by serving as a member of city council. I enjoy serving our community.

david.ohlson@ogdeniowa.org I have been an Ogden resident for sixty-nine years. During part of that time, thirty-one years, I worked for the local Chevrolet dealer. When that dealer closed, I found employment in Ames at Wilson Toyota, where I have since retired. My wife Donna and I raised three children in this community. I enjoy giving back to the community that has given me so much so we enjoy serving on several local boards and committees.

City Council
brian.reimers@ogdeniowa.org Brian Reimers has been a member of the Ogden City Council serving this community for 30 years. It has been an honor to work with the employees and staff of this community. We have worked hard to maintain our identity and keep Ogden moving forward. Ogden is best known for supporting good projects and purposes. I am proud to say I have been a part of that progress. It takes everyone pulling on the same end of the rope and Ogden does that very well. Brian was a teacher for 40 years and retired in 2016. He has 2 grown sons, Luke and Seth, and two step sons, Benjamin and Ty Heeren. His wife Michelle is a teacher here in Ogden for 20 years. They make their home in Ogden.
