PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OGDEN, IOWA, CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF THE NORTH HALF (1/2) OF LOT SEVENTEEN (17) AND ALL OF LOT EIGHTEEN (18) IN BLOCK THIRTEEN (13) IN FIRST ADDITION TO OGDEN, IOWA.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ogden, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on October 14, 2025, at 6:15pm in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 513 W Walnut St., Ogden, Iowa, at which hearing the Council proposes to transfer the following described real estate, to wit:

North half (1/2) of Lot seventeen (17) and all of Lot eighteen (18) in Block thirteen (13) in First Addition to Ogden, Iowa.

An Offer has been submitted to the City by Keystone Equity Group, L.L.C. and acceptance is conditioned on holding hearing as required by § 364.7, Code of Iowa. The City Council will discuss the Offer and will approve or reject the Offer by Resolution of the Council.

Anyone wishing to object to the approval of the sale of the above described real estate should submit their objection at the hearing.

This notice is given by order of the City Council of the City of Ogden, Iowa as provided in § 364.7, Code of Iowa.
