Tuesday, September 28, 2021
- 11:00 AM. The officer assisted the stranded motorist.
- 12:33 PM. Ogden officer and Boone Count Deputy checked on the welfare of an Ogden resident. The subject was fine; however, she had been sick for the last several weeks.
- 2:30 PM. The officer had an abandoned vehicle removed from the city limits by a salvage company.
- 3:50 PM. The officer fingerprinted a subject for her work.
- 9:38 PM. The officer responded to two (2) incomplete 911 calls from an Ogden residence. This was a child playing with the phone.

Wednesday, September 29, 2021
- 1:44 PM. The officer picked up a stray cat that was running loose in the 200 block of West Sycamore Street and took it to the Boone Area Humane Society.
- 2:27 PM. The officer received a complaint of possible harassment via telephone and text.
- 2:38 PM. The officer returned a phone call to a subject who was reporting that her computer and cellular phone had been hacked.

Thursday, September 30, 2021
- 12:52 PM. The officer received a complaint of loud music. The officer spoke with the individual and advised them to keep the music down, especially when he has his windows open.

Friday, October 1, 2021
- 8:12 AM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- NOON. The officer returned the property to an Ogden resident.
- 12:23 PM. Officer assisted Boone County Deputies, Ogden Fire, Ogden First Responders, and Boone County Ambulance with a 3-vehicle accident at 220th and L Avenue eastbound.
- 3:40 PM. A wallet was turned in at the Ogden Police Department. The officer was able to contact the owner and advised him that he could pick up his wallet at Ogden PD.

Saturday, October 2, 2021
- 12:48. AM. Deputies responded to a complaint of a loud party at 407 NE 2nd Street. Deputies advised the subjects to keep the noise down. The subjects agreed and said they would shut the garage door.
- 9:58AM. The officer investigated a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver who was in the 600 block of S. 1st. St. Officer was unable to locate.
- 1:54 PM. The officer investigated suspicious activity in the 100 blk of E. Division St. on Sunday, October 3, 2021
- 6:52 PM. The deputy investigated a domestic dispute at 822 N. 1st St.
