- 8:03 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at 207 SW 6th St.
- 12:54 PM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at 530 W. Sycamore St.
Tuesday, September 20, 2022
- 2:40 AM. Deputy arrested Jeremy Kuehl in the 800 block of West Walnut St. for allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
- 5:41 PM Deputy investigated a minor two-vehicle accident in the parking lot of the Ogden High School.
Wednesday, September 21, 2022
- 11:47 AM. The officer attempted to locate a reckless driver on Highway 30 near Ogden. The officer was unable to locate.
- 12:05 PM. The officer attempted to locate a stolen motorcycle, possibly in the area of H. Ave and Highway 30. The officer was unable to locate.
- 2:18 PM. The officer received a complaint of a loose dog at 515 NW 2nd St. The Officer contacted the Humane Society to come to pick the dog up.
- 2:46 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of reckless driving in the Ogden High School parking lot. The officer spoke to 3 juveniles about their driving.
Thursday, September 22, 2022
- 4:11 PM. An employee at Ogden Telephone turned in a smartphone to the Ogden Police Department. The phone was found on the sidewalk in front of the Ogden Telephone Office.
- 7:45 PM. The deputy responded to a Medical Alert. This turned out to be a false alarm, as the resident pushed the button by accident.
Friday, September 23, 2022
- 8:30 AM. The officer received a written citizen complaint regarding weeds and volunteer trees at an Ogden residence.
- 10:58 AM. The officer dropped off the phone that was turned in yesterday to the owner.
- 12:36 PM. The officer was asked to check on the welfare of an Ogden resident. The officer checked on the individual, and she was intoxicated but refused medical assistance.
- 2:10 PM. The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a committal order.
- 2:25 PM. The officer did another welfare check on the individual from earlier, and she was doing much better.
- 3:22 PM. The officer spoke with the resident about weeds and volunteer trees growing on the property.
- 4:05 PM. The officer received a call from Ogden Elementary School regarding a student who had not been picked up yet. The officer went to the student’s residence, and nobody was home. The officer was able to contact another family member, who was able to come and pick up the student.
- 6:09 PM. The officer received a report of a male juvenile being physically assaulted by another male juvenile after school today. The parents of the boy just wanted the other boy, and his parents were talked to by the officer.
- 6:43 PM. The officer returned a call to the Ogden resident regarding a possible phone scam. The officer advised the resident to hang up on the caller and block the number if possible but not give any personal information to the caller.
Saturday, September 24, 2022
- 10:07 AM. The officer received a report from an Ogden resident that he had a package dropped off at his residence, and no address on the block matched the address on the package. The officer took the package and was able to locate the resident, that was on the
label.
- 9:34 PM. The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy on a traffic stop at H Avenue and 220th Street.
- 9:53 PM. The officer received a complaint from an Ogden resident of a strange vehicle parked in her yard. This turned out to be a relative of the complainant.
Sunday, September 25, 2022
- 2:16 PM. The officer talked with a resident about volunteer trees and weeds on the property.
- 3:20 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 4:34 PM. The officer was asked to look for a vehicle that was westbound on 220th Street from Boone, unable to maintain the lane. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
- 5:49 PM. The officer removed a tree branch from the traveled portion of the road in the 100 block of West Cherry Street.
- 6:35 PM. The officer removed a tree limb from the traveled portion of the road in the 700 block of West Elm Street.
