Police Report 9/12 - 9/18/2022

Monday, September 12, 2022
- 8:29 AM. The deputy received a report from Stephanie Faust at 228 Haws Drive that someone had entered her vehicle and stolen some items. The items taken were an Apple charger cord, money, and medication.
- 7:24 PM. The deputy received a complaint of a barking dog. The dog is at 232 S 1st Street.

Tuesday, September 13, 2022
- 8:46 AM. The deputy received a report of a possible trespassing incident at Ogden High School. The owner of the vehicle had parked the vehicle in the parking lot as he was going to be away for a while.
- 1:24 PM. Sharon Lingren reported that a bag had been found on the sidewalk outside of the McGraw Center and was turned in at McGraw Center. The deputy returned the bag to the owner.
- 5:49 PM. Mikael Lage reported to Deputy the window of her vehicle had been shattered while she was picking her child up from daycare in the 100 block of SW 2nd Street.

Wednesday, September 14, 2022
- 1:36. AM. Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 4:06AM. The deputy responded to a report of a female knocking on a door at 619 Haws Drive, asking for a blanket, and then refusing to leave. The female subject refused any help from the Deputy, and she left the area.
- 10:04 AM. The officer stopped by an Ogden residence to speak with a resident about his dog running at large and attacking a dog that was on a leash being walked last month.
- 11:19 AM. The officer spoke with the resident about junk vehicles and junk on the property.
- 1:07 PM. The officer returned a phone call to the resident, who had questions about when he could start burning brush and leaves.
- 2:53 PM. The officer received a complaint of a vehicle making bad passes and speeding northbound on H Avenue from 240th Street. The officer located the vehicle and stopped at 210th and H Avenue. The officer spoke with the driver about her driving habits.
- 11:07 PM. Marissa Erickson of 332 E Walnut reported a large group of juveniles with masks running past her, screaming, and tp’ing her trees. The deputy was unable to locate anyone in the area.

Thursday, September 15, 2022
- 10:37 PM. The deputy responded to a complaint of a group of juveniles throwing toilet paper in the area of SE 3rd and Mulberry Street. The deputy was unable to locate anyone in the area.

Friday, September 16, 2022
- 9:07 AM. The officer received a report from an Ogden resident that he caught a black lab dog running at large in the 200 block of SE 4th Street. The officer took the dog to the city kennel.
- 11:30 AM. The officer returned the dog to the owner.
- 1:00 PM. The officer escorted the Homecoming Parade.
- 2:30 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 3:50 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

Saturday, September 17, 2022
- 7:45 AM. The officer received a complaint of a vehicle northbound on H Avenue from 240th Street having trouble maintaining lanes. The vehicle had pulled in at Ogden Casey’s. The officer spoke with the driver, and he admitted that he was tired and had stopped at Casey’s to get something to drink to help wake him up. The officer advised the driver to park alongside Casey’s and take a nap. The driver agreed to do so.
- 10:31 AM. The officer talked with the Ogden resident about cutting weeds down around his property.
- 10:45 AM. The officer spoke with the resident about removing piles of brush and cutting down weeds/volunteer trees on the property.

Sunday, September 18, 2022
- 6:24 AM. The officer assisted Boone County Deputy with a single-vehicle rollover resulting in property damage only at I Avenue and 220th Street.
- 9:17 AM. The officer stood by while the subject moved her belongings out of the house.
- 2:13 PM. The officer spoke with the resident about the brush and junk on the property.
