Police Report 9/11 - 9/17/2023

Monday, September 11, 2023
- 6:08 AM. The deputy issued a trespass notice for a property in the 700 block of W Division St.
- 2:11 PM. The officer responded to an animal complaint in the 300 block of NW 4th St. Upon the officer’s arrival, it was discovered that a brave school staff member had already relocated the snake.

Tuesday, September 12, 2023
- 4:35. AM. Deputies investigated a series of 911 calls coming from the 200 block of NW 7th St. It was discovered that the caller was having what appeared to be a mental health crisis, and the caller’s parents were contacted to assist.
- 8:12PM. Officers and deputies investigated a report of a domestic dispute near the city park. Officers and deputies made contact with the involved female, who stated that she was fine and that the male half had left.

Wednesday, September 13, 2023
- 9:38 AM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of W Veterans Dr.
- 12:35 PM. The officer investigated a report of a runaway last seen in the 700 block of W Division St. The child was later located on foot near the 500 block of Highway 30 and returned to their father.

Thursday, September 14, 2023
- 9:54 AM. The officer investigated a burning complaint in the 200 block of SE 4th St. The offender was notified of the City’s burning ordinance and extinguished the fire.
- 10:12 AM. The officer investigated a report of someone yelling “no” multiple times in the 400 block of E Walnut St. Ogden’s former finest made contact before the officer arrived and stated everything was fine; someone was just yelling at their dog.
- 7:51 PM. Deputies investigated a domestic dispute in the 500 block of NW 7th St. As a result of the investigation, 40-year-old Benjamin Styles of Ogden was arrested for simple domestic assault.

- No calls.

Saturday, September 16, 2023
- 2:51 PM. The deputy investigated a report of a runaway. A family member located them later that day.
- 8:53 PM. Deputies assisted with a possible gas leak in the 600 block of W Locust St.
- 10:23. PM. Deputies investigated a report of a loud party in the 300 block of E Walnut St. Deputies made contact with the participants and asked them to keep the noise down.
