Monday, August 9, 2021
- 2:38 PM. The officer responded to an incomplete 911 call from Boone County Family Medicine. There was no emergency at this location.
- 3:09 PM. The officer was asked to check on a possible stranded motorist at E Avenue and 220th Street. The subject had pulled over to use her telephone.
- 3:48 PM. Officer assisted Boone County Deputy, Ogden Fire Department, Ogden First Responders, and Bone County Ambulance with a 2-vehicle accident involving minor injury at B Avenue and 220th Street.

Tuesday, August 10, 2021
- 3:27 PM. The deputy received a report from a Vision Bank employee that she had received a counterfeit $20 bill.

Wednesday, August 11, 2021
- 9:53 PM. The deputy received a call about a man sitting on the side of the road under the overpass at H Avenue and 220th Street. The deputy had talked with the man earlier, and he did not need any assistance.

- No reported activity.

Friday, August 13, 2021
- 11:35 AM. The deputy received a report from an Ogden resident of some items that were left on her porch. The deputy picked up the items and took them to the Ogden Police Department.
- 10:07 PM. The deputy received a report that a female teenager had been physically assaulted by two (2) other female juveniles while at the Spinning Wheels Skating Rink. The Deputy cited the two female juveniles for Simple Assault.

Saturday, August 14, 2021
- 8:27 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 11:00 AM. The officer returned items to an Ogden resident that were accidentally left at another residence on Thursday evening.
- 2:42 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

Sunday, August 15, 2021
- 8:26 PM. Ogden resident called and advised she had caught two dogs running at large. The Boone Area Humane Society was called to come and pick up the dogs
