Police Report 8/30 - 9/7/2024

Friday, August 30, 2024
- 7:54 AM. The officer assisted deputies with a welfare check involving students at the Ogden Middle and High School. The students were located and found to be fine.
- 2:33 PM. The officer investigated a report of illicit pictures being shared by minors. With the assistance of school administrators, all involved subjects and their parents were contacted. At this time, the matter has been resolved through counseling and the cooperation of the parents.
- 9:12 PM. The deputy investigated an incomplete 911 call from Accura Healthcare. The deputy made contact with a resident who was fine, just having a moment of confusion.

Saturday, August 31, 2024
- 2:12 AM. Received a complaint that the crossing arms were all down at every railroad crossing.
- 9:15 PM. The deputy investigated a report of a parking complaint in the 600 block of NW 7th St.

Sunday, September 1, 2024
- 8:37. PM. Received a complaint of a white truck driving slowly and playing loud music in the area of the 500 block of W Elm St.
- 11:14PM. Deputy and Park Ranger responded to a report of a possible domestic in the 100 block of E Elm St. It was determined to be verbal only, and no one wished to press any charges.

Monday, September 2, 2024
- 4:23. PM. Received a complaint of a train blocking the tracks. The Union Pacific Railroad was contacted and advised.

Tuesday, September 3, 2024
- 11:31AM. The officer served a nuisance abatement order in the 100 block of W Walnut St.
- 11:34 AM. The officer served a nuisance abatement order in the 300 block of SE 4th St.
- 4:06 PM. The officer investigated a security alarm in the 200 block of NW 3rd St.
- 10:36 PM. The officer provided a vehicle unlock in the 700 block of W Division St.

Wednesday, September 4, 2024
- 7:29 AM. The officer and deputy received a report of a security alarm in the 200 block of NW 3rd St. Before their arrival, contact was made with an employee who stated they had accidentally set it off.
- 1:05 PM. The officer received a report of a dog bite in the 200 block of W Maple St.
- 9:30 PM. The officer removed a bat from a residence in the 300 block of S 1st St.
- 9:56 PM. The officer and deputy performed a welfare check in the 300 block of S 1st St. The subject in question was transported to the Boone County Hospital for evaluation.

Thursday, September 5, 2024
- 12:47 PM. The officer responded to a security alarm in the 300 block of SW 2nd St.
- 1:26 PM. The officer assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with a subject who appeared to be having a mental health crisis. A family member was contacted to assist.
- 1:45 PM. The officer conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of E Maple St. The officer spoke with the subject in question and let the reporting party know that they were fine.

Friday, September 6, 2024
- 7:50 AM. The officer assisted the administration with following up on suspicious activity at Ogden High School. After an investigation, it was determined that there was no safety concern for the school or community.
- 11:23 AM. The officer responded to the Ogden Caseys to do a standby for a return of a missing phone.
- 9:11 PM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of NE 3rd St.
- 10:57 PM. The officer assisted Ogden Fire with an alarm in the 300 block of SW 7th St Pl.

- 10:27 AM. Report of a dog barking near the 300 block of E Walnut St.
