-2:16PM. Deputy assisted with a medical call in the 800 block of N 1st St. LifeFlight was also contacted to assist with flying the patient to Des Moines.
Monday, September 1, 2025
-3:54AM. Deputy responded to a fire alarm at the Ogden Middle/High School. It was determined to be a false alarm.
-9:13AM. Multiple reports of a loose Beagle seen near W Mulberry St and SW 6th St. Off duty officer was contacted and returned the dog to its owner in the 200 block of SW 4th St.

- 5:37PM. Officer investigated a complaint of reckless driving on highway 30 East of Ogden. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
-6:31PM. Officer assisted Ogden First responders at 419 W. Chestnut St.

-9:57AM. Deputy assisted a stranded motorist at 732 W. Division St.
-9:49PM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of SW 5th St.

-11:15AM. Officer provided a funeral escort.
-2:38PM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of SW 8th St.
-3:43PM. Officer took a theft report in the 300 block of SW 9th St. The theft had occurred back in March.
Friday, September 5, 2025
-10:12AM. Officer assisted with a medical call at the Ogden Fareway.
-11:05AM. Officer provided a funeral escort.
-3:34PM. Officer responded to the Ogden Middle/High School regarding a report that a video recording may have been taken within one of the girls’ locker rooms earlier that week. The recording in question was located immediately and it was discovered that it was audio only and nothing inappropriate or illegal was recorded. The school will be handling it from there.
-4:07PM. Officer and deputy responded to a report of an out of control juvenile damaging items in his room and locking his mother out. The home was unlocked upon the officer’s arrival. The child was calm at the time of arrival and it appeared that, this time, he had only damaged his own things in his room. His mother did not wish to press any charges and she was strongly encouraged to seek out resources that were given to her in the past.
Saturday, September 6, 2025
-2:38AM. Deputy made contact with an individual found in the city park. He stated he had only stopped to use the restroom.
-8:14AM. Deputy provided an unlock for a vehicle in the 600 block of NW 7th St.
-11:54AM. Deputy responded to assist with a juvenile having a mental health episode and wanting to run away from home. A friend was eventually contacted to come and stay at home with her.
-3:15PM. Deputy returned a phone call regarding care of animals in the 400 block of NE 4th St. A plan was put in place to make sure the animals were cared for while their owner was out of town.
-7:10PM. Deputy responded to the 400 block of SE 2nd St to take a report of a domestic abuse assault that had taken place earlier that day. As a result of the investigation, 29-year-old Kendall Shaw was placed under arrest for domestic abuse assault.
-9:18PM. Deputy responded to a report of a dog barking somewhere near the Elementary School. Deputy was unable to locate any dog barking in the area.

-8:06PM. Deputy responded to an automated crash report from an iPhone in the 100 block of E Mulberry St. This was a false alarm as the phone had just fallen off the vehicle.
