Tuesday, August 24, 2021
- 9:55. AM. Ogden officer and Boone County Deputies executed a search warrant at an Ogden residence. Charges are pending.
- 9:49PM. Deputies responded to a report of a No Contact Order violation. The suspect had not been served the No Contact Order, so he was given a ride to a motel in Boone and was given the No Contact Order information.

Wednesday, August 25, 2021
- 12:35 PM. The officer received a report of a Blue Heeler/Cattle Dog type dog running loose in the 200 block of SE 2nd Street. The officer was unable to catch the dog.
- 12:49 PM. The officer spoke with an Ogden resident about his grass needing to be mown.
- 1:13 PM. The officer spoke with an Ogden resident about junk/garbage in the yard.
- 2:20 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 3:28 PM. The officer received a report of a possible violation of the No Contact Order. The subject had received several calls from a restricted number. The officer advised there was no way to verify who was making the calls.
- 6:07 PM. Deputies assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

Thursday, August 26, 2021
- 3:09 AM. Deputies received a report of 4 vehicles that had been entered in the 300 block of SW 5th Street. The vehicles were unlocked, but nothing appeared to be missing.
- 4:36 AM. Ogden resident reported that his 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer was taken from outside of his residence at 231 SW 6th Street. The vehicle was unlocked, and the keys were in it. Items missing are a laptop computer, cash, and a Ruger LC9 semi-automatic handgun.
- 6:25. AM. Story City Police reported finding the 2021 Chevrolet that was reported stolen out of Ogden.
- 6:45AM. Ogden resident reported that two vehicles had been entered in the 300 block of SW 6th Street. Nothing appeared to be missing.
- 7:00 AM. Ogden residents reported three vehicles had been entered in the 200 block of SE 2nd Street. There didn’t appear to be anything missing.
- 7:30. AM. Deputies met with Story City Police and notified the owner of the vehicle to come to Story City for the vehicle. A wallet from an Ogden resident on SE 2nd Street was recovered from the vehicle.
- 9:48AM. The officer returned the wallet that was recovered from the stolen vehicle to the owner.
- 11:21 AM. The officer provided a funeral escort from Zion Lutheran Church to Glenwood Cemetery.
- 11:32 AM. The officer received a report from an Ogden resident in the 100 block of SE 2nd Street that his vehicle had been entered, and a Glock 17 9mm semi-automatic handgun was taken.
- 1:40 PM. The officer received a complaint from an Ogden resident on SE 4th of someone entering the backyard and spreading wax on the fence.

Friday, August 27, 2021
- 8:41 AM. Ogden resident reported that someone entered the vehicle and stole a battery-operated paint sprayer, several paint rollers, two extension poles for painting, and $5,700 cash out of the vehicle. The vehicle’s doors were locked, but the sunroof was missing, and a piece of plastic was taped over it, so the entrance was gained by peeling the plastic open.
- 11:00 AM. The officer spoke with the subject regarding a vehicle parked in the traveled portion of the roadway. The officer asked to move the vehicle onto the grass.
- 12:30 PM. A vehicle that was stolen from Boone on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, was in the 300 block of SE 2nd Street. Boone PD had the vehicle towed back to their department.
- 3:05 PM. The officer returned a call to a subject regarding a civil matter between tenants.
- 5:46 PM. Mikael Lage reported that her son's Black/Red Mountain bike was taken from Ogden High School.
- 7:42 PM. Ogden resident reported a full-size mid-90s white van with a red stripe on the side in the area of 300 block of SE 4th Street acting suspiciously. The deputy was unable to locate the vehicle.

Saturday, August 28, 2021
- 4:31 AM. The deputy investigated an assault at 102 W. Veterans.
- 5:45 AM. The officer assisted a Boone County Deputy with an investigation.
- 11:11 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 532 S. 1st St.
- 6:08 PM. The deputy did a welfare check at 502 W. Walnut St.
