Police Report 8/21 - 8/27/2017
Monday, August 21, 2017
- 8:15 AM. The officer removed a tree branch from the roadway.
- 5:15 PM. The deputy received a complaint from an Ogden resident of being scammed over the phone.
- 7:48 PM. The deputy received a complaint of DPQ loud music and reckless driving by subjects living at 602 W Cherry Street. The subjects were gone upon the deputy’s arrival.
- 11:27 PM. Deputy received a report from an Ogden resident, that she had an opossum and would like to have it taken from her property. The deputy relocated the opossum.
Tuesday, August 22, 2017
- 1:10 PM. The officer received a report of a minor accident between a parked moped and a pickup truck in the Casey parking lot.
- 3:55 PM. A wallet was turned in at the Ogden Police Department.
- 3:59 PM. The officer was asked to look for a vehicle that was northbound on H Avenue from 280th Street and reportedly driving all over the road. The officer was able to stop the vehicle in the 100 block of W Division Street. The driver was changing out of his work clothes, while he was driving.

- 7:42 PM. An employee of Ogden Municipal Utilities reported that someone tried to break into the building during the night. They were not successful but there was some damage to the door.
- 10:56 PM. The deputy located an open door on an Ogden business. The deputy cleared the building and then secured the door.

- 9:20 AM. The officer returned the wallet that was turned in on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
- 2:05 PM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 7:52 PM. Rhonda Borsos of 206 W Sycamore reported that she was bitten by a cat that she had been feeding. A Deputy and employee of Boone Area Humane Society responded.

- 11:31 AM. The officer responded to an intrusion alarm at 1397 G Avenue. The Officer found an open door, but there was no one around.
- 2:25PM. The officer assisted the stranded motorist.
- 4:10. PM. The deputy responded to an intrusion alarm at Ogden High School. This turned out to be individuals taking football pictures.
