Monday, July 8, 2024
- 1:50 PM. The officer addressed a complaint of weeds blocking the view at S 1st and Division St.
- 8:06 PM. The call came in regarding a dog bite in the 500 block of SW 4th St. The next on-duty officer was advised, and a 10-day home quarantine was instituted for the involved dog.

Thursday, July 11, 2024
- 2:53. PM. An incomplete 911 call came in from the Ogden Elementary School. It was discovered that this was an accidental dial from an individual working on the school’s roof.
- 8:47PM. A lost dog was located in the 100 block of W Walnut St. The owner was identified, and the dog was returned to its home in the 100 block of SW 2nd St.
- 10:00 PM. The officer and Deputy assisted with a medical call in the 600 block of W Elm St.

Friday, July 12, 2024
- 8:27 AM. The officer requested that the Union Pacific Railroad be contacted about the continued damage at the NW 4th St crossing.
- 11:43 AM. The officer received a phone call regarding a hitchhiker on Highway 30. The officer located the individual near Highway 30 and I Ave. The Officer gave him a ride to Boone.
- 12:12 PM. The officer attempted to locate a panel van traveling eastbound on Highway 30 with a ladder hanging dangerously off the side. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle, but a State Trooper was able to get it stopped a short time later.
- 5:49 PM. The damage to the NW 4th St railroad crossing became much worse, so the crossing was blocked off until the Union Pacific could fix the problem.
- 10:31 PM. The deputy assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of W Veterans Dr.
