Monday, July 21, 2025
-9:25AM. Officer took a report of an accident that had occurred the previous day in the 600 block of W Walnut St. A truck had backed into mailboxes. An information exchange was given to the driver and the property owner.
-1:59PM. Officer spoke with a property owner in the 300 block of SW 4th St about their overgrown lawn.
-3:58PM. Officer took a barking dog complaint near N 1st and E Sycamore St. The officer believed it was coming from the 100 block of E Locust St., but was unable to make contact with the homeowners.

Tuesday, July 22, 2025
-6:29AM. Deputy returned a phone call regarding a civil property issue in the 400 block of NE 4th St Pl.
-10:02AM. Officer delivered a death notification on behalf of Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
-12:58PM. Nebraska Auto Recovery called in to advise that they had repossessed a vehicle in the 500 block of E Oak St. About an hour later the owners’ called in to report their vehicle was missing and they were advised of the repossession and given the company’s contact number.

-1:49PM. Officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 607 NW 7th St. Lot #1
-5:03PM. Officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 313 W. Sycamore St.
-7:16PM. Officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 607 NW 7th St. Lot #1

Thursday, July 24, 2025
-3:08PM. Deputies responded to 302 S. 1 St. St. for a domestic dispute. Deputies arrested a 16-year-old female for assault and later released her to the custody of her mother.
-5:21PM. Officer assisted a subject with a civil issue.
-6:20PM. Officer received a complaint about dogs at large in the 300 blk. Of S. 1st St.  Officer contacted the animal owner, and they came and secured.

Friday, July 25, 2025
-3:58PM. Deputy returned a phone call regarding a minor motor vehicle collision at the intersection of 1st and Walnut St. The driver had been rear-ended, exchanged information, left the scene, and then called in at a later time to make a report. The deputy gave the caller a case number and advised her of the best practice to stay on scene and call immediately in these situations.

Saturday, July 26, 2025
-2:13PM. Deputies took report of dogs that had escaped from the 300 block of S 1st St. The caller stated that the dogs were currently back inside their residence but she was concerned since this is an ongoing issue.
-4:50PM. Deputy returned a phone call regarding a report of unauthorized use of credit card in the 600 block of E Oak St. The investigation is ongoing.
-7:31PM. Deputy and conservation officer responded to a request for a welfare check on a dog left in a car near the intersection of W Walnut St and SW 4th St. The vehicle was gone prior to law enforcement arriving.

Sunday, July 27, 2025
-3:59PM. Deputy responded to a report of a dog barking in the 300 block of E Walnut. The reporting party was concerned about the welfare of the dog due to the heat outside. Deputy made contact with the owner and the dog, and the owner brought the dog inside.
-8:02PM. Deputy conducted a welfare check on a child in the 500 block of NE 3rd St. The child was fine and this was discovered to stem from a civil issue where both parties were not getting along. The reporting party was advised to contact a case worker in the future.
-10:59PM. Deputy responded to an open 911 call in the 300 block of S 1st St. This ended up being a medical call and the deputy assisted medical personnel as needed.
