Police Report 7/15 - 7/21/2019

Monday, July 15, 2019
- 1:00 PM.  The administrator of Accura Health Care reported an assault between 2 residents.  There were no injuries.

Tuesday, July 16, 2019
- 11:45 AM.  The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance with a subject who had fallen and hit his head in the 300 block of West Walnut Street.

Wednesday, July 17, 2019
- 1:22 AM.  The deputy responded to the 200 block of West Veterans Drive in regards to a resident reported someone had rang her doorbell and left.  The deputy was unable to locate anyone in the area.
- 2:56 PM.  The deputy performed a welfare check on an Ogden resident.  The resident was taken to the Boone County Hospital by ambulance.
- 3:15 PM.  Deputies provided traffic control in the 1200 block of H Avenue while the product was transferred from one semi-trailer to another semi-trailer due to an axle breaking on one of the trailers.

Thursday, July 18, 2019
- 1:07 PM.  Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 3:10 PM.  The deputy assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.

- No reported activity

Saturday, July 20, 2019
- 5:52 PM.  The deputy received a complaint from an Ogden resident in regards to being harassed by a subject via phone calls.
- 10:40 PM.  The deputy received a complaint that all the railroad crossing arms were down and no train was coming.  The Union Pacific Railroad was notified.  They discovered a problem with the NE 3rd Street Crossing.
