Monday, July 10, 2023
- 10:47 PM. The deputy investigated a report of criminal mischief in the 100 block of E Elm St. The investigation is ongoing.

Tuesday, July 11, 2023
- 8:03 AM. The officer investigated a report of littering at Lincoln Prairie Park.
- 8:26 AM. The officer assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with a motor vehicle collision in the 1300 block of H Ave.
- 3:36 PM. The officer investigated a report of a reckless driver heading westbound from L Ave and 216th Dr. Officer could not locate the vehicle.

Wednesday, July 12, 2023
- 6:05 AM. The deputy reported flooding in the 600 block of E Walnut St. The Ogden Street Department was contacted.
- 9:57 AM. The officer responded to a fire alarm in the 700 block of W Division St. It was discovered to be false.

Thursday, July 13, 2023
- 7:38 AM. The officer took a report of a dog missing from the 300 block of W Veterans Dr. The dog was located and returned home a short time later.
- 10:29 AM. The officer investigated a report of an incident that occurred the night before involving a dog attacking another dog in the 200 block of E Mulberry St. The Boone Area Humane Society was consulted.
- 2:16 PM. The officer met with a citizen about a civil issue.

Friday, July 14, 2023
- 8:38 AM. The officer assisted with traffic control on Highway 30 and 169 North due to a nearby hazmat leak.
- 10:47 AM. The officer investigated a domestic dispute in the 200 block of SE 4th St. Marcus Kyle, 38 years old of Ogden, was placed under arrest for Simple Domestic Abuse.
- 12:09 PM. The officer took a report of a theft in the 100 block of W Veterans Dr. The investigation is ongoing.
- 5:09 PM. Steven Kindred, 64 years old of Ogden, was arrested in the 200 block of SW 4th St for an active warrant related to an assault case from June 30, 2023.

Saturday, July 15, 2023
- 12:37 PM. The deputy responded to a family dispute in the 600 block of NW 7th St. The Deputy mediated the issue between family members, and there were no criminal charges.
