- 1:11 PM. The officer notified an Ogden resident to contact the Polk County Sheriff’s Department regarding an accident that occurred earlier in the day.

Tuesday, June 8, 2021
- 3:13 PM. The officer investigated suspicious activity in the 600 block of S 1st St.

Wednesday, June 9, 2021
- 8:34 AM. The officer spoke to a subject about harassment.
- 11:11 AM. The officer spoke to a subject about harassment.
- 11:36 AM. The officer received lost property from another citizen.
- 11:41 AM. The officer assisted a Boone County Deputy with an investigation.
- 1:16 PM. The officer spoke to a citizen about property maintenance.
- 2:30 PM. The officer returned the lost property to a citizen.
- 4:56 PM. Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders at 301 W. Walnut St.
- 7:37 PM. The deputy assisted a stranded motorist at 507 S. 1st St.

Thursday, June 10, 2021
- 1:30 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of harassment.
- 6:13 PM. The deputy handled a parking complaint in the 100 block of W. Walnut St.
- 8:31 PM. The deputy investigated vandalism at 220 Haws Dr.
- 11:36 PM. The deputy did a welfare check at 320 NE 4th St.
- 11:49 PM. The deputy investigated a security alarm at 625 E. Walnut St.

Friday, June 11, 2021
- 6:11. AM. Boone County Deputies and Ogden Police executed a search warrant at 507 E. Walnut St. Investigation continues.
- 11:36 AM. The officer checked on a delivery truck parked on the shoulder of a road in the 1300 block of H Avenue. The driver needed no assistance.
- 2:33 PM. The officer assisted stranded motorists in the 300 block of N 1st Street.

Saturday, June 12, 2021
- 2:38 AM. The resident at 314 E Walnut requested assistance with a bat in a bedroom. The deputy was unable to locate the bat.
- 11:20 AM. Ogden resident complained of thistles growing on a neighbor’s property. The officer contacted the property owner and asked to have the thistles cut down.

Sunday, June 13, 2021
- 4:22 PM. The officer received a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver in a silver color SUV 2 miles north of Ogden on H Avenue. The Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
-6:16 PM. The officer received a report of a vehicle driving all over the road eastbound on 220th From Greene County Line. The officer stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of 220th Street. The driver was not intoxicated
