Police Report 6/5 - 6/11/2017
Monday, June 5, 2017
- 10:24 PM. The officer was requested at an Ogden residence due to a teenage male who wanted to run away. The male subject stayed home.
Tuesday, June 6, 2017
- 9:20 AM. The officer spoke with the Ogden resident about mowing lawns and junk vehicles.
- 6:29 PM. The officer was asked to look for a suicidal male who was en route to Fort Dodge from Boone. The office was unable to locate the subject.
- 7:30 PM. The officer was asked to see if an Ogden resident was home for a Boone County Deputy.
Wednesday, June 7, 2017
- 8:08 PM. The officer responded to Accura Health Care in regard to a suicidal male. The officer transported the subject to Boone County Hospital.
- 9:01 PM. The officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Ogden High School. This was determined to be a false alarm.
Thursday, June 8, 2017
- 7:56 PM. The officer received a complaint of 2 motorcycles driving recklessly westbound on 220th from Boone. The officer was unable to locate the motorcycles.
Friday, June 9, 2017
- 7:08 AM. The officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Vision Bank. This was set. Off by an employee.
- 7:50AM. The officer spoke with an Ogden resident in regard to his dog being tangled up with playground equipment.
- 7:12 PM. Ogden resident wanted to speak with the Officer regarding a civil matter.

- 1:41 AM. The officer received a report that 5 juveniles had left home. The juveniles were located at Casey's.
- 3:23 PM. Evelyn Stockman reported that someone had cut/raked hay in a field that she owns in the 600 block of East Walnut Street without permission. The officer advised he would look for the person when he/she came back to Bale.
- 4:15 PM. An employee of Casey's General Store reported that a subject in an older Motor Home left without paying for their gas. The vehicle went west on 220th Street. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

- 12:45 PM. The officer investigated a theft of a trailer in the 700 block of West Locust St.
- 4:07 PM. The officer assisted with a tree that fell and blocked the roadway in the 300 block of SW 2nd St.
- 5:02 PM. The officer responded to 619 Haws Dr. Apt. 1 for a subject locked out of their house.
PSA: OGDEN FUN DAYS IS JUNE 22, 23, 24, 2017. RESIDENTS ARE ASKED TO CLEAN UP AROUND PROPERTY. MOW AND TRIM LAWNS, AND REMOVE JUNK, OLD TIRES, AND PILES OF BRUSH. WE WOULD LIKE THIS DONE WEEKLY, BUT IT IS ESPECIALLY TRUE DURING FUN DAYS WHEN WE HAVE PEOPLE FROM OUT OF TOWN AND WANT TO SHOWCASE OUR TOWN.
