Monday, June 3, 2019
- 3:33 AM. The deputy investigated an intrusion alarm at Howe School. The building appeared secure.
- 4:33 PM. The deputy investigated an intrusion alarm at Howe School. The building appeared to be secure.
- 7:09 AM. The deputy investigated harassment at 208 E. Sycamore St.
- 1:56. PM. Deputies responded to Accura Health 625 E. Oak St. for a resident attempting to leave.
- 5:00PM. The deputy investigated a loose animal complaint in the 200 block of SW 4th St. The deputy was unable to locate the animal.
Tuesday, June 4, 2019
- 9:19 AM. The officer received a citizen’s complaint form in regards to barking dogs and the lawn not being mowed at an Ogden residence. The officer went to the residence, and nobody was home. The officer will stop back later.
- 4:05 PM. The officer assisted another agency in looking for a vehicle.
Wednesday, June 5, 2019
- 7:26 PM. Judy Tonsfeldt of 531 SW 5th reported that a neighbor was driving through her yard. The officer called and left a message for a neighbor to call him.
Thursday, June 6, 2019
- 2:57 AM. Boone County Deputies and Ogden officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Swanson Drug. A front window was broken out upon the deputy's arrival, and no one was in the building.
- 3:55 AM. The deputy responded to a complaint of a bat in a residence. The deputy was unable to locate the bat.
- 6:58 AM. Boone County Deputy and Ogden officer responded to a report of a male subject passed out behind the steering wheel of a vehicle in the 200 block of West Oak Street. Boone County Deputy arrested Dane Erickson, 19, of Ogden, for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, and possession of alcohol.
- 11:30 AM. Employees of Ogden Reporter caught two dogs running at large in the 200 block of West Walnut Street. The Boone Area Humane Society came and picked up the dogs.
- 3:43 PM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 4:42 PM. Ogden officers and Boone County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant at an Ogden residence. There were several items recovered that were taken from Swanson Drug Burglaries.
Friday, June 7, 2019
- 1:47 AM. Boone County Deputies and Ogden officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Swanson Drug. Upon the Deputy's arrival, the front window was broken out.
- 2:20 PM. The officer assisted the subject with an abandoned vehicle on his property.
- 4:37 PM. Ogden resident reported possible identity theft.
Saturday, June 8, 2019
- 2:22 AM. Employees of Lucky Pig requested an officer escort them to their cars due to problems with a customer earlier. Boone County Deputy escorted subjects to their cars.
- 8:55 AM. The officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Ogden Middle School. This was set off by a school employee.
- 12:07 PM. An Ogden resident reported there is a female at this residence, and he wants her to leave. The female is a friend of his son, but she won’t leave. The officer advised the female to leave.
- 3:35 PM. Officer assisted Boone County Deputy, Iowa State Patrol, Ogden Fire, Ogden First Responders, and Boone County Ambulance at a two-vehicle accident at L Avenue and 220th Street involving personal injury.
Sunday, June 9, 2019
- 8:39 PM. The deputy assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 10:05 PM. The deputy received a complaint from an Ogden resident that a neighbor’s dog aggressively charged at him, and this has happened before. The deputy spoke with the neighbor and advised them to keep the dog on his property. If we get another call, the dog will go to the Boone Area Humane Society.
