***NOTICE***
During this week, officers and deputies conducted 21 traffic stops related to the intersection of 1st and Walnut St. All of these drivers were from out of town and were rerouted due to the detour. Thankfully, there were no accidents this week. This is due, in part, to the awareness and defensive driving of others on the roadway. We will continue to have increased traffic this summer, and it is important that we continue to practice safe driving habits. While law enforcement is spending extra time enforcing this location, it will be difficult to change any behaviors when all of the offending drivers are not from this area. Thank you for your diligence when driving, Ogden!
