Monday, June 2, 2025
-7:21AM. Deputy met with a driver at the Ogden Casey’s who had struck a deer.
-9:00AM. Officer took multiple concerned phone calls about a possible hostage situation or bank robbery going on outside of Vision Bank. These assumptions were because the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, Boone County Search and Rescue, and the Boone County Emergency Management Agency were all taking part in the Ogden Library’s Summer Reading Kick-off and parked their vehicles for visiting kids to tour.
-10:45AM. Officer provided a funeral escort from the Community United Methodist Church to Glenwood Cemetery.
-3:29PM. Officer took a complaint of a loose dog that had chased a child on a bike near the intersection of N 1st and E Locust. Officer responded to the area and verified that the dog in question had been secured inside the house.
-6:16PM. Complaint of all three railroad crossings in town malfunctioning. Union Pacific was contacted and advised.

Tuesday, June 3, 2025
-12:45AM. Deputy responded to the area of the 600 block of NW 7th St regarding a report of a sparking power line. The deputy was unable to locate any issues. Ogden Municipal Utilities was contacted as well.
-10:02AM. Officer responded to a report of a semi driving recklessly on Highway 169 approaching Ogden from the south. Officer responded to the area but was unable to locate the semi which was said to have turned west on Highway 30.
-5:32PM. Officer assisted Boone Police Department and the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with a search warrant in the 300 block of W Veterans Dr.
-7:02PM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of E Mulberry St.

Wednesday, June 4, 2025
-9:40AM. Deputy provided a vehicle unlock in the 300 block of W Walnut St.
-9:36PM. Officer and deputies responded to a report of people drinking and breaking bottles at the Lincoln Prairie Park. As a result of the investigation Marshall James Nicholson, 18 year old male of Ogden, was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

Thursday, June 5, 2025
-12:14PM. Officer spoke to some kids in the 300 blk of SW 3rd St. reference running in the street. Kids were attempting to catch a loose animal.
-1:45PM Officer did a welfare check at 620 W. Walnut St. Apt. 4. Everything was ok.
-5:53PM. Officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 100 blk. Of W. Walnut St.

-3:22PM. Deputies assisted Ogden First Responders at 226 E. Mulberry St.

Saturday, June 7, 2025
-11:11AM. Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders at 607 NW 7th St. Lot #6

Sunday, June 8, 2025
-11:17AM. Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders at 613 W. Mulberry St.
