Monday, June 14, 2021
- 10:39. AM. Christine Lee reported that while her grandson was in summer school, someone took his blue/white 16”-20” bicycle that was parked at the city park. The bike has greenish-yellow brake cables.
- 12:32PM. Ogden resident reported receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be from Medicare. The resident did not give any information as he considered this a scam. The calls were from different numbers.

Tuesday, June 15, 2021
- 8:56 PM. Deputy cited and released Alan Millard, 40, of Ogden, for Driving while their license was suspended.

Wednesday, June 16, 2021
- 8:29 AM. Ogden resident reported that her small black dog had run away. The dog returned a short time later.
- 10:16 AM. Counselors with Eagle Lake Camp from United Methodist Church were having difficulties with an 11-year-old male who had walked away from camp. The officer contacted the mother and gave the child a ride to his grandmother’s house for the rest of the day.
- 2:24 PM. The officer assisted Boone County Deputy on an interview of a female subject staying in Ogden.
- 2:35 PM. Ogden officer and Boone County Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders with a lady who had fallen and needed lift assistance.
- 10:35 PM. A deputy responded to an Ogden residence regarding someone knocking on the door. The deputy was unable to locate anyone around the area. However, he did locate an open door in the garage that was blowing in the wind.

Thursday, June 17, 2021
- 6:11 AM. The officer investigated an open door on a residence in the 200 block of SE 2nd St.
- NOON. The officer assisted a subject with a child custody matter.
- 5:52 PM. The deputy investigated an assault at the Ogden City Park.
- 7:50 PM. The deputy assisted a subject with a civil matter.

Friday, June 18, 2021
- 9:39 AM. The officer assisted a subject with a civil matter.
- 1:15 PM. The officer handled a parking issue in the 100 blk of W. Veterans

Saturday, June 19, 2021
- 3:47. AM. Deputy assisted Ogden First responders at 232 SW 7th St.
- 10:07PM. The deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the area of N. 1st and Maple St.

Sunday, June 20, 2021
- 9:27 AM. Joyce Heibert reported her red Min-Pin dog was missing.
- 11:06 AM. The officer received a complaint from an Ogden resident of a scam on his computer
