- 7:35. AM. Ogden resident reported further issues with someone trying to use her identity.
- 8:08PM. The officer assisted the Ogden resident with getting his wife from the car back into the residence.

Wednesday, May 6, 2020
- 7:56 AM. Jennifer Wheeler reported that a train had just cleared the NW 4th Street Crossing, and the arm was going up as she started across, the arm came back down on her vehicle, breaking her front windshield. The officer asked Jennifer if the red lights had stopped flashing before she started across the tracks, and Jennifer did not remember. The officer advised that you are not to cross the tracks until the red lights are no longer flashing. The officer advised Jennifer of a phone number on the shack on the west side of the crossing so she could call and make a report to the Union Pacific Railroad.

- 11:00 AM. The officer received a complaint that someone was putting garbage in a dumpster without permission.
- 11:40 AM. The officer assisted Boone County Deputy with a 2-vehicle accident involving property damage only at the intersection of 216th Drive and I Avenue.
- 6:59 PM. The deputy received a report of an open gate at Ogden Farm and Feed. An employee was notified to come and secure the gate.
- 9:24 PM. The deputy received a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of NE 3rd Street. The deputy could locate nobody in the area.

- 11:37 AM. The officer spoke to some juvenile kids in the 400 block of SE 2nd about some suspicious activity the prior day near Howe School.
Sunday, May 10, 2020
- 10:32 AM. The officer responded to the area of 320 E. Division St. A motorist struck a fire hose and broke it off from the fire hydrant, causing a leak.
- 12:57 PM. The officer received a loose animal complaint at 208 W. Maple St. The animal was returned to its owner.
