Police Report 5/2 - 5/8/2022

Monday, May 2, 2022
- 6:30 AM. The officer assisted the stranded motorist.
-11:00AM. The officer provided a funeral escort from Zion Lutheran Church to Glenwood Cemetery.
- 1:30 PM. The officer received a complaint of a brindle Puggle dog running at large in the 200 block of West Chestnut and acting aggressively. The dog jumped over the fence into the owner’s yard at 619 NW 3rd Street. The officer stopped and spoke with the resident of 619 NW 3rd and advised they needed to do something to keep the dog from jumping over the fence.
- 4:05 PM. The officer received a report of a possible sexual assault that had occurred at Spinning Wheels Skating Rink on Saturday, April 30, 2022. The mother reported that an older male subject had grabbed her teenage daughter on the butt. The investigation is ongoing.

- 6:22 PM. The officer assisted the stranded motorist.

Wednesday, May 4, 2022
- 2:30 PM. The officer received a report of an older female who was possibly intoxicated, sitting inside her vehicle in the 300 block of W Walnut Street. The officer checked on the female, and she was not intoxicated; she was very upset about not being able to start her vehicle, and she had just gotten it out of the shop. The officer assisted her in starting the vehicle.

Thursday, May 5, 2022
- 12:20 AM. Deputies responded to a report of a male subject sitting in his car at the gas pumps at Casey’s. Deputies checked on the male subject, and he was determined to be under the influence. Deputies arrested Roman Bass, 18, of Boone, for alleged OWI-1st Degree.
- 4:33 PM. The deputy was asked to check on the welfare of an Ogden resident. The resident was fine and said she would call her family member back.

- 9:42PM. The deputy assisted a subject needing to be moved at 331 SW 4th St.
- 9:42 PM. The deputy assisted a subject locked out of his vehicle at 702 NW 4th St.

- 12:24 PM. The deputy handled a parking complaint in the 400 block of West Walnut St.
- 3:08 PM. The deputy removed an object in the roadway in the 300 block of E Walnut St.
