Friday, May 28, 2021
- 7:21 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County ambulance at 214 N 1st Street.
- 11:17 AM. Doug Haase of 525 NE 4th reported that someone broke into his barn and stole an STIHL 361 chainsaw with a 25” bar and a Husqvarna 445 Rancher chainsaw with an 18” bar.
- 7:55 PM. The deputy received a complaint of a bat that was lying in the driveway at 307 SE 4th Street.

Saturday, May 29, 2021
- 9:20 AM. The officer picked up a dead raccoon at SW 5th and Mulberry and disposed of it.
- 10:53 AM. The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a car/deer accident.
- 9:26 PM. An Apple Watch was turned in at the Ogden Police Department. The watch was found near Ogden High School.

- At 9:35 AM, the Officer checked on a possible stranded motorist in the 100 block of N. 1st St.
- 7:37. PM. Deputy assisted Ogden First responders at 214 N. 1st St.
- 9:30PM. The deputy handled a loose dog complaint in the 500 block of East Walnut St.

Tuesday, June 1, 2021
- 1:14 AM. The deputy assisted a citizen at 222 Haws Dr.
- 6:31 AM. The deputy investigated a complaint of a possible burglary at 507 E Walnut St.
- 8:47 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 241 W. Walnut St.
- 9:17 AM. The officer received a complaint of a loose dog in the 300 block of E. Division St.
- 11:47 AM. The officer assisted with a funeral escort to Glenwood Cemetery.
- 12:07 PM. The officer investigated a report of a possible fight at Howe Elementary School. The officer located all the parties involved, and they worked it out.
- 1:50 PM. The officer assisted a lost motorist at 102 W. Veterans. The individual was having medical problems, so Ogden First responders were dispatched.
- 7:59 PM. The deputy investigated a complaint of a person consuming alcohol in a public place at 307 SE 2nd St.
- 9:44 PM. The deputy investigated a complaint of a person consuming alcohol in a public place at the 400 block of East Walnut St. The Deputy was unable to locate the subject.

Wednesday, June 2, 2021
- 1:37 PM. The officer received a complaint of barking dogs at 625 W Locust Street. The officer spoke with the owner of the dogs, and she brought the dogs inside.
- 4:49 PM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 9:29 PM. The deputy received a complaint of harassment from an Ogden resident. A resident reported receiving threatening text messages from her ex-boyfriend.

Thursday, June 3, 2021
- 8:45 AM. The officer notified the owner of the property that needed to be mown.
- 9:30 AM. The officer received a report from an Ogden resident that he had taken a personal loan from an online account. He later checked his account, and all of his money plus $1,000 was taken from his account.
- 2:02 PM. The officer investigated a 2-vehicle accident in the 300 block of N 1st Street. There was less than $1,500.00 in damage, so no state report was filed.
- 2:47 PM. Paul Fangman reported that a motorhome backed out of his drive at 101 W Walnut and struck his mailbox on the south side of Walnut Street. The vehicle continued south on South First Street. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
- 3:33 PM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 5:09 PM. The officer provided traffic control for an oversized load at S 1st and Veterans Drive.
- 11:11 PM. Ogden resident called to report Eric Huss was on her front porch, and he has a warrant for his arrest. Eric had left the residence before the officer’s arrival. Officer and Boone County Deputies stopped Eric Huss, 39, of Des Moines, in the 1300 block of H Avenue and arrested him on an outstanding warrant.

Friday, June 4, 2021
- 10:45 AM. The officer received a complaint about the subject parking on private property without permission. The officer advised he would get some traffic cones to block off the property due to an estate sale that was taking place next door.
- 11:10 AM. The officer provided a funeral escort from Carson/Stapp Funeral Home to Glenwood Cemetery.
- 12:10 PM. The officer received a complaint of harassment via text messages.

Saturday, June 5, 2021
- 11:33 AM. The officer assisted Boone County Ambulance at 513 NE 4th Street.
- 3:21 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance at 513 NW 7th Street #3.
- 5:52 PM. The officer received a report of 2 dogs running at large at 238 SE 4th Street. The officer called for the Boone Area Humane Society to come and get the animals.
- 11:05 PM. The officer responded to a medical alert at an Ogden residence. There was no emergency; this was an accidental alert.

Sunday, June 6, 2021
- 1:31 AM. The officer received a report of a possible intoxicated driver westbound on 216th from the river. The officer located the vehicle as it pulled into the driveway of 508 E Walnut Street. The officer arrested Amando Alvarez, 22, of Ogden, for suspicion of Operating While Intoxicated.

Monday, June 7, 2021
- 1:11 PM. The officer notified an Ogden resident to contact the Polk County Sheriff’s Department regarding an accident that occurred earlier in the day.
