Friday, May 26, 2017
- 11:43 PM. The officer arrested Amanda Reed, 37, of West Des Moines for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and providing false identification. The officer also arrested Colton Wurr, 26, of Coon Rapids for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and speeding. Other charges are pending. This occurred in the 100 block of East Division St.

Saturday, May 27, 2017
- 10:05 AM.  The officer assisted the stranded motorist.
- 10:41 PM.  The officer arrested Kimberly Buck, 49, of Boone for an alleged OWI-1st Offense.

Sunday, May 28, 2017
- 9:25 AM.  The officer provided traffic control for the Annual Danny Sesker Memorial Motorcycle Ride.
- 11:32 AM.  An Ogden resident placed a male Beagle dog in the city kennel that had been running loose in the 200 block of S 1st.
- 12:48 PM.  The officer received a report of a 3-4-year-old female walking around in the 500 block of NW 3rd Street with no clothing on.  The officer located the child outside of her residence at 201 W Elm.  The child’s older siblings did not know that she had left the residence.  The officer spoke with the father.
- 10:27 PM.  The officer was dispatched to check on a female who was walking in the 500 block of 220th Street.  The officer gave the female a ride to Grand Junction.

Monday, May 29, 2017
- 9:52 AM.  The officer spoke with the resident about mowing his lawn.
- 10:40 AM.  The officer assisted with traffic control at a fire in the 500 block of Joy Avenue, north of Fraser.
- 2:00 PM.  The officer picked up a wire-hair Jack Russell Terrier that a resident caught in the 200 block of SW 9th.  The officer took to the City Kennel where the owner picked up a short time later.

Tuesday, May 30, 2017
- 2:30 PM.  The officer received notification that the Cedar Rapids Police Department had arrested Brenden Hampton, 48, of Ogden on an Ogden Warrant from Criminal Mischief-3rd Degree and Theft-5th Degree.  Ogden Officer went to Cedar Rapids to pick up Hampton and bring them back to Boone County Jail.
- 4:00 PM.  The officer received a complaint of kids hanging on basketball hoops at the city park.
- 7:28 PM.  The officer assisted the motorist locked out of the vehicle.
- 8:01 PM.  The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 8:19 PM.  A Caseys employee reported that a subject had left without paying for gas.  The employee gave the officer a license plate number and the officer was able to make contact with the subject and she returned and paid for the gas.

Wednesday, May 31, 2017
- 11:00 AM. The officer picked up a wire-hair Jack Russell Terrier that was caught by 2 juveniles walking their dog.   The officer returned the dog to the owner.
- 4:13 PM.  The officer was asked to check on a male subject who appeared to be sleeping in a vehicle in the 100 block of SW 3rd Street.  There was nobody in the vehicle when the officer arrived.
- 4:24 PM.  The officer was asked to check on a blue pickup truck that was parked in the traveled portion of the roadway in the 400 block of H Avenue.  The vehicle was gone upon the officer’s arrival.
- 7:39 PM.  The officer responded to a domestic situation at 620 W Walnut.  This was a verbal argument only and the male half left for the evening.
- 11:35 PM.  The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a traffic stop.

Thursday, June 1, 2017
- 11:45 AM.  The officer assisted the stranded motorist.
- 5:20 PM.  The officer received a report of a vehicle following too close in the 300 block of 220th Street.  The officer stopped the suspect vehicle and warned Taylor Charter, 23, of Ames for following too close and cited them for failure to provide security against liability.
- 6:27. PM.  Shea Minnehan reported that his identity had been stolen in Minnesota.
- 7:00PM.  The officer received a complaint that a dog belonging to 325 E Division Street ran out to the sidewalk and attacked another dog that was walking by on a leash.  The owner of the dog on the leash was bitten, when he tried to separate the dogs.  The owner of the dog did not want charges filed; he just wanted the owners to have their dog secured on their property.

Friday, June 2, 2017
- 12:41 PM. The officer did a stand-by at 607 NW 7th St Lot #9 about property retrieval.
- 3:20 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of child abuse.
- 4:39 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of animal neglect.
- 8:34 PM. The officer did a welfare check on a subject at 508 E. Walnut St. #3

Saturday, June 3, 2017
- 11:45 AM. The officer received a complaint about a possible stranded driver on Highway 30 off-ramp. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
- 11:52 PM. The officer received a complaint of a dangerous gardening tool in the roadway in the 200 block of E. Mulberry St.
- 2:34 PM. The officer received a complaint of property vandalism in the county.
- 6:36 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of a possibly improperly restrained child in the 500 block of E. Walnut St.
- 7:53 PM. The officer removed a bat from a house at 320 E. Division St.

- 9:19 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of possible trespassing at 508 E. Walnut St. Apt. #3
- 9:25 PM. The officer investigated an incomplete 911 at 513 W. Maple St.
- 10:00 PM. The officer received a complaint of a box in the roadway in the 1200 Blk of Highway 169.

Sunday, June 4, 2017
- 9:53 AM. The officer assisted a lost motorist in the 500 block of West Walnut St.
- 10:37 PM. The officer responded to the security alarm at Howe School. It was determined to be a false alarm.
