- 1:25 PM. The officer received a complaint of a black/white terrier dog running loose at NW 5th/Elm. The officer caught the dog, which had no tag, and took it to the Boone Area Humane Society.
- 4:48 PM. Ogden resident reported losing his cellular phone.

- 9:53 PM. Iowa State University officer requested Deputy check a residence in Ogden for a vehicle with Texas plates.
Thursday, May 26, 2022
- 10:30 PM. Boone County Deputy observed suspicious activity at Ogden Middle/High School. Deputies arrested Jerome Mosely Jr, 57, of Ogden, for alleged Driving while Barred and alleged Criminal Mischief-5th Degree.
Friday, May 27, 2022
- 8:43 AM. The deputy responded to an intrusion alarm at an Ogden business. This was set off accidentally by an employee.
- 10:09 PM. The deputy received a report of a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed eastbound at NW 4th and Elm Street. The vehicle looked like it turned north on 1st Street.

- 4:49 PM. The deputy returned a call regarding a child custody arrangement. The deputy advised this is a civil matter, and the subjects will need to work out between themselves or get attorneys and go through courts.

- 8:48 AM. The officer spoke with the subject regarding the lawn of his rental unit needs to be mown.
- 8:57 AM. The officer spoke with the resident regarding planting trees in the City Right-of-Way without a permit.
- 9:41 AM. The officer was stopped by a subject in the 200 block of N 1st. The subject had caught a German Shorthair dog that was running loose. The officer went to the residence, where the dog belonged, but nobody was home. The officer took the dog to the city kennel.
- 11:03 AM. The officer released the dog to the owner.
- 12:02 PM. Dan Buzzell, Ogden Street Superintendent, reported the girl’s bathroom at Ogden City Park had been vandalized again. Dan said that he was going to lock it up for a while.

- 9:59 AM. Dan Buzzell, Ogden Street Superintendent, reported the boy’s bathroom at the Ogden City Park had been vandalized. Dan said that he was going to lock it up for a while.

- 11:30 AM. The officer returned a phone call to an individual regarding the vandalism at City Park restrooms. The individual said she had seen a group of teenagers at the open-air shelter between 4. pm and 7 pm, and the restrooms were vandalized at that time.

- 7:45 AM. The subject requested that the officer check the tint on the windshield and windows of his vehicle to verify for Iowa DOT that the tint was removed so he could get his license plates renewed.
- 11:49 AM. The officer received a complaint about an Ogden resident not trimming grass around her fence. The officer spoke with the subject at the residence in question, and he said he would trim around the fence.
- 11:57 AM. The officer spoke with the subject regarding the lawn needing to be mown.
- 5:25 PM. Ogden resident called to report that neighbor children are climbing over her fence to retrieve things they are throwing into her yard, and she would like an officer to speak with them. Boone County Deputy stopped at the residence where the children live and spoke with the mother and the children and advised them to stop climbing over the
fence.

- 10:51 AM. The officer assisted with traffic control for a funeral escort.
- 10:52 AM. The officer did a welfare check on some individuals at 208 W. Maple St.
- 2:11 PM. The officer investigated trespassing at 208 W. Maple St. The Subject left before the Officer's arrival.
- 4:32 PM. The deputy did a welfare check on an individual at 531 E. Walnut St.

- 5:49. PM Deputies responded to 431 E. Walnut St. for an unwanted subject. Deputies arrested Joe Jameson for alleged interference with official acts and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 6:38PM. The deputy responded to 530 W. Sycamore for an incomplete 911.

- 7:09 PM. The deputy spoke to a subject at 702 W. Division St. about a civil matter.
