- 4:18 PM. The deputy investigated suspicious activity in the area of the 700 block of W. Division St.
Wednesday, May 18, 2022
- 10:34 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 225 SW 6th St.
- 1:53 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of kids driving ATVs recklessly in the area of the ball fields near the old Howe School. The officer spoke to some of the kids and advised them to take the units home.

- 8:33 AM. The officer contacted students who were riding 4-wheelers in the area of the Howe Ballfields and advised them they needed to go and rake out the ruts they made on Wednesday.
Friday, May 18, 2022
- 9:27. AM. Ogden resident reported that his black Labrador dog had runaway. The dog has an orange collar. Gary called back a short time later, and the dog returned.
- 12:06 PM. The officer responded to Ogden High School on a report of a student allegedly bringing a weapon to school. The officer and parent of the student searched the student’s car, and there was no weapon found.
- 12:46 PM. Ogden resident reported that her son had received a phone call from someone claiming to be a police officer and was requesting a DNA sample and cash or a warrant would be issued. The officer advised this was a phone scam.
- 2:31 PM. The officer received a report of an 8-year-old boy being teased by other boys while playing at the City Park on Wednesday afternoon. The officer is speaking with all the boys and their parents.
- 3:00 PM. A Cellular phone was turned in at Ogden PD. The phone was found in the area of City Park.
Friday, May 20, 2022
- 2:21 PM. The officer received a report of a male subject lying beside his bicycle near J Avenue and 216th. A subject that was driving stopped to see if the male needed help, and he was just resting due to the strong wind. The subject in the van put the bike in the van and gave the male subject a ride back to Ogden.
- 8:20 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 9:12 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders with a female subject who had fallen in the backyard and needed help standing.
- 10:01 PM. Kevin Johnson reported he lost his cellular phone at the Howe Ballfields.

- 8:49 PM. The officer received a report of a fire that was possibly out of control. The officer went to the residence and the subjects were having a recreational fire and had a garden hose nearby.
Sunday, May 22, 2022
- 8:34 AM. Chad Thede, Ogden Wastewater Superintendent, reported that girl’s restroom at the Ogden City Park had been vandalized. The toilets and sinks had been plugged with toilet paper, causing an overflow. Wet toilet paper was smeared on the walls and mirror.
- 12:24 PM. The officer was asked to return a call to an individual regarding a restraining order. The officer referred the call to a Boone County Deputy, as the suspect lives in the county and the complainant lives in Dayton.
