Monday, May 11, 2020
- 10:45 AM. The officer delivered PPE supplies to ACCURA Health from Boone County Emergency Management.
- 2:03 PM. The officer checked on a motorcyclist parked alongside the road in the 400 block of West Walnut Street. The subject was just checking a part of his bike. He needed no assistance.
- 3:22 PM. The officer assisted the deputy on a traffic stop in the 1400 block of H Avenue.

- 4:54 AM. The deputy assisted a father while he dropped off his teenage daughter’s boyfriend at a residence in Ogden.
- 8:50 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders with a subject that had fallen and needed help getting up from the floor.

- 3:12 PM. The officer assisted the motorist, who was locked out of the vehicle.
- 3:18. PM. Officer investigated a 2-vehicle accident that occurred on private property at 502 S 1st Street. There was no state report filed.
- 5:20PM. The officer picked up a package that was delivered to the wrong address and delivered it to the correct address.
- 5:33 PM. The officer assisted the stranded motorist.

- 3:55 PM. The officer assisted the subject, who was locked out of the vehicle.
Friday, May 15, 2020
- 3:12 PM. The officer received a complaint of a female subject parked in the driveway of an Ogden resident and won’t leave when asked. The officer spoke with the female, and she agreed to leave.
- 7:50 PM. The deputy received a complaint of someone burning trash in the area of 500 block of N 1st Street. The deputy was unable to locate the source.

- 11:05 AM. The officer returned a phone call to a subject who had received a voicemail on her phone that she perceived as a threat. The officer spoke with all parties involved and advised them to have no further contact with one another.
