Police Report 4/9 - 4/15/2018

Monday, April 9, 2018
- 10:10 AM.  Ogden resident stopped by Ogden PD to file a complaint about a neighbor’s car parked against the complainant’s tree.  The officer called the owner of the vehicle and asked them to move the vehicle away from the tree when he got home.
- 6:05. PM.  Ogden resident reported a phone scam.
- 6:25PM.  Ogden resident stopped by Ogden PD to report that the neighbor moved his vehicle away from the tree but is still partially on her property.

Tuesday, April 10, 2018
- 8:35 AM.  The officer received a report of a vehicle in the ditch at G Avenue and 220th Street.  The subject was turning around and got too close to the ditch and was pulled in due to the soft shoulder.  A passer-by helped tow him out.
- 3:45 PM.  Ogden resident turned in a Citizen Complaint form regarding a property.
- 7:16 PM.  The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a domestic disturbance at 466 190th Street.
- 10:27 PM.  The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a traffic stop in the 1200 block of H Avenue.

Wednesday, April 11, 2018
- 2:00 AM.  The officer assisted Boone County Deputies with a traffic stop on a suspect believed to have set a fire at 466 190th Street.
- 2:00 PM.  The officer received a complaint of illegal dumping just north of 220th on I Avenue.
- 3:20 PM.  The officer responded to a vehicle that had struck the concrete median in the 100 block of NW 7th Street.  There was less than $1,500.00 in damage, so no state report was filed.
- 5:18 PM.  Deputy responded to the 100 block of W Veterans Drive for a minor accident, where a truck pulling a trailer was turning west onto W Veterans Drive and struck the stop sign knocking it down.  Ogden Street Department was notified and a temporary stop sign was brought to replace the damaged sign.

Thursday, April 12, 2018
- 8:10 AM.  The officer assisted the Webster County Deputy with an interview of an Ogden resident.

Saturday, April 14, 2018
- 8:12 AM. The officer had subjects remove an object in the roadway in the 500 block of NW 5th St.
- 8:56 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 300 block of SW 2nd St.
- 9:10 AM. The officer assisted a Deputy on a traffic stop at SW 5th and Mulberry St.
- 9:35 AM. The officer checked on a vehicle in the ditch at Highway 169 and 160th St.

Sunday, April 15, 2018
- 2:11 PM. The officer assisted a tow service with a vehicle in the ditch on the hwy 30 off-ramp to Ogden.
- 4:15 PM. The deputy handled a loose animal call in the 100 block of W. Veterans St.
