- 9:36 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders with a lift assist.
- 2:23 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

Tuesday, April 6, 2021
- 6:15 AM. The officer investigated a complaint of property vandalism at 508 W. Elm St.
- 3:38 PM. The officer investigated a dog bite that occurred at 713 W. Sycamore St.

Wednesday, April 7, 2021
- 11:56 AM. The officer investigated a complaint of a reckless driver on 220th Street west of Ogden. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
- 1:05 PM. The officer received a complaint of barking dogs and loose dogs in the 600 block of W. Locust St.

Friday, April 9, 2021
- 11:22 AM. The officer received a complaint about a dog that keeps getting loose from the property at 625 W Locust Street. The officer tried to contact the resident, but nobody would answer the door.
- 1:23 PM. The officer contacted a male juvenile at 625 W Locust Street and advised him to have his mother call the officer regarding dogs getting loose.
- 6:47 PM. Ogden resident reported possible identity theft to Boone County Deputy. The resident reported someone is trying to get unemployment using his identity.

Saturday, April 10, 2021
- 12:25 AM. Ogden resident in the 300 block of NE 3rd Street reported someone was knocking on her front door and rattling the doorknob. When she got to the front door, there was nobody around. The deputy checked the area and was unable to locate anyone.
- 8:15 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance at 431 S 1st Street.

Sunday, April 11, 2021
- 2:06 PM. The officer received a complaint of garbage being left in the parking lot of the old Howe Building at the baseball fields. The resident said the garbage blows into her yard, and she has to pick it up.
