Monday, April 3, 2017
- 9:28 AM. The officer assisted the lost motorist.
- 4:34 PM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.

Tuesday, April 4, 2017
- 11:32 AM. Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

- No Reported Activity

Thursday, April 6, 2017
- 9:52 AM. The officer received a complaint of the subject dumping his camping trailer holding tank into the city sewer. The officer and Ogden Sewer Superintendent checked the area and could not find where anything had been dumped.
- 12:03 PM. The officer investigated a 2-vehicle accident involving minor injury at SW 5th and Mulberry. Makayla Carlson, 22, of Ogden was stopped at a stop sign eastbound on Mulberry Street when she pulled away in her 1999 Honda in front of a 2004 Chrysler that was northbound on SW 5th driven by Zachary McCloud, 18, of Ogden. There was approximately $2,500.00 damage done to the McCloud vehicle and $3,000.00 damage to the Carlson vehicle. Carlson was cited for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.
- 3:56 PM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 9:15 PM. The officer investigated a 2-vehicle accident in the Casey’s General Store parking lot. There was less than $1,500.00 in damage, so no state report was filed.

Friday, April 7, 2017
- 6:49 AM. Curt Erickson, owner of South Side Car Wash, reported that someone had hit both doors of his north bay after she had finished washing her car. There was approximately $1,500.00 in damage.
- 12:36 PM. The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a traffic stop at 130th and H Avenue.
- 2:00 PM. The officer spoke with the resident about cleaning junk up from the property.
- 3:50 PM. The officer advised the street superintendent of a stop sign that was knocked down at SW 4th and Mulberry.

Saturday, April 8, 2017
- 9:37 AM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 10:45 AM. Ogden officer and Boone County Deputy provided traffic control for a funeral leaving Carson/Stapp Funeral Home and going to Pilot Mound Cemetery.
- 3:10 PM. A Casey’s General Store employee called to report that a vehicle had been parked in the middle of the drive and the driver left. The vehicle had been there for about 4 hours. The officer had the vehicle towed.

Sunday, April 9, 2017
- 11:05 AM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 5:19 PM. An employee of Casey’s General Store reported a vehicle that had been parked in their parking lot for 3 hours. The officer was able to make contact with the owner of the vehicle and she moved the vehicle.
- 5:31 PM. Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 7:35 PM. The officer received a complaint of juveniles shooting a BB gun. The officer advised them to stop and not shoot in town in the future.
