Police Report 4/30 - 5/6/2018
Monday, April 30, 2018
- 9:00. AM. Brent Buxton, owner of Buxton Concrete, reported that someone had been sorting through equipment on his property at 527 W Locust. Brent advised he would take inventory to see if anything was missing and let the officer know.
- 11:30AM. The officer received a school bus violation report. The officer cited the subject who had reportedly driven around a stopped school bus with the red light flashing and a stop arm out.
- 5:55 PM. Deputy received a report that a tractor pulling a planter had knocked down a couple of signs in the quiet zone on NW 7th Street railroad crossing.
- 10:31 PM. Ogden resident called in and reported being followed while she was out walking by a suspicious male subject in a blue blazer. Deputies located the subject and arrested Parker Stoneburner, 18, of Ogden, for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- 10:00 AM. The officer received a school bus violation report. The officer cited the subject who had reportedly driven around a stopped school bus with red lights flashing and the stop arm extended.
Wednesday, May 2, 2018
- 9:30 AM Officer investigated a complaint of a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of West Walnut St.
- 10:05 AM. The officer investigated a traffic hazard complaint in the 900 blk of N 1st.
- 6:17 PM Deputy investigated a complaint of harassment at 822 N. 1st St.
Thursday, May 3, 2018
- 6:59 AM. The officer responded to 619 Haws Dr. for a domestic dispute. The officer arrested Ashley Alexander, 28, of Boone for alleged interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding Boone County warrant. The deputy arrested Derek Kuenster on an outstanding Story County warrant.
- 12:39 PM. The officer responded to a domestic dispute at 331 SW 7th St. Apt. #1. This was a verbal domestic and the male half left before the officer’s arrival.
- 1:08 PM. The officer did a welfare check on a subject at 113 W. Maple St.
Friday, May 4, 2018
- 1:20 PM. The officer picked up a loose dog in the 500 block of SW 5th St.
- 3:25 PM. The officer cited and released a juvenile for alleged theft in the 5th degree.
- 7:05 PM. The deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 600 block of Haws Dr.

- 3:45 PM. The officer stood by while the subject retrieved belongings.
Sunday, May 6, 2018
- 9:30 AM. The officer was asked to check on a vehicle in the 800 block of 220th Street. The vehicle was unoccupied and off the traveled portion of the road.
- 2:40 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 5:02 PM. Ogden resident reported that her neighbor is parking vehicles on her property. The officer advised the subject to have property pins located.
- 8:23 PM. The officer received a complaint from Casey's employees of a male subject harassing customers, asking for a ride to Grand Junction. The officer was going to give a ride to the Greene County Line but had to respond to a medical call. The male subject started walking to Grand Junction.
- 8:32 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance with a suicidal subject.
