Monday, April 29, 2024
- 10:43 AM. The officer took a report of fraudulent activity in the 500 block of N 1st St. The investigation is ongoing.
- 8:06 PM. The deputy assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of NW 4th St.

Tuesday, April 30, 2024
- 7:31 AM. The officer and deputy assisted with a lost dog located in the 800 block of N 1st St. The dog was transported to the Boone Area Humane Society.
- 1:32 PM. The officer asked dispatch to contact the Union Pacific Railroad due to a stopped train blocking two crossings for a prolonged amount of time.
- 2:02 PM. The officer investigated a report of an assault at Ogden High School involving a squirt gun. It was determined that school discipline would be sufficient in handling the incident.

Wednesday, May 1, 2024
- 4:25 PM. The officer responded to a report of a fight at the City Park. The officer spoke with two juveniles and ensured that everything was fine. The two juveniles apologized to one another, and they were warned about their behavior.
- 10:40 PM. The officer returned a phone call regarding a concern about a juvenile’s behavior.

Thursday, May 2, 2024
- 7:06 AM. The deputy investigated an open-line 911 call from the 300 block of E Mulberry St. The Deputy made contact with a resident and discovered it was an accidental dial.
- 1:14 PM. The deputy spoke to a subject in the 100 block of E. Sycamore St. about a juvenile matter.
- 2:54 PM. A deputy investigated a loose animal complaint in the 300 block of W. Sycamore St.
- 6:06 PM. The officer assisted with a vehicle unlock in the 500 block of W Division St.
- 8:55 PM. The officer investigated a report of reckless driving in the 800 block of W Division St. The driver was identified and later located and spoken with.

Friday, May 3, 2024
- 11:45 AM. The officer conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of W Division St. The people in question were found to be fine.

Saturday, May 4, 2024
- 10:52 AM. A deputy investigated a report of a violation of a no-contact order in the 500 blocks of NE 4th St. As a result of the investigation, 31-year-old Hailey Layne Hein-Booton of Boone was arrested for violation of a no-contact/protection order.
- 11:07 AM. The deputy investigated a report of juveniles littering in the 300 block of S 1st St. The Deputy spoke with the juveniles, who agreed to pick up their mess.
- 7:59. PM. Deputy assisted the Ogden Fire Department with a report of a gas leak at the Ogden Caseys.
- 9:01PM. The deputy investigated a report of a possibly intoxicated person at the Ogden Caseys. The deputy was unable to locate the person.

Sunday, May 5, 2024
- 2:23 AM. The duty officer located three juveniles at the intersection of W Walnut St and SW 4th St. The juveniles were warned about curfew and sent home.
- 4:51 PM. Deputy responded to a civil disagreement in the 300 block of SW 5th St.
