Monday, April 26, 2021
- 9:47 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 401 SW 5th St.
- 11:40 AM. The officer investigated an open door on a residence at 208 SE 2nd St. The Officer checked the residence and secured it.
- 6:15 PM. The deputy handled a property dispute at 314 E Division St.
Tuesday, April 27, 2021
- 8:37 AM. Ogden officer contacted the subject regarding the property dispute last night. The officer gave the subject the complainant’s phone number, hoping they could resolve the issue.
- 9:52 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 11:36 AM. The officer was asked to check on the welfare of Ogden residents. The subjects were fine.
- 6:36 PM. Ogden resident called the Boone County Communications Center regarding a baby squirrel in her yard. The resident wanted to know her options for trying to help the squirrel. The dispatcher gave her phone number for Boone Area Humane Society.
Wednesday, April 28, 2021
- 2:20 PM. A 17-year-old male reported being physically assaulted by a 16-year-old male at Ogden High School Parking Lot. The case is under investigation.
- 5:55 PM. The officer was asked to check on the welfare of an Ogden resident. The subject was fine.
Thursday, April 29, 2021
- 12:14 PM. The officer was asked to look for a white Chevrolet Express Van traveling eastbound on 220th from D Avenue. The vehicle was driving off the road. The vehicle exited 220th at the Y and entered Ogden. The officer stopped the vehicle in the 1000 block of H Avenue. The driver had been looking at his computer, trying to find his next service address.
- 2:58. PM. Vision Bank employee called to report she had received a counterfeit $20 bill in a deposit earlier this week.
- 3:22PM. The officer returned a phone call to a subject who had met another subject in Casey's parking lot to buy a cell phone. After she got home, she found out the phone did not work, and the subject would not accept her calls.
- 6:00 PM. The officer received a complaint of a pit bulldog running at large in the 300 block of SW 3rd Street. The officer located the owner to come and get the dog.
- 8:02 PM. The deputy assisted an Ogden resident who had fallen and needed getting help off the floor.
- 11:39 PM. The officer received a report of a possible prowler in the area of 532 S 1st Street. The officer checked the area and was unable to locate anyone.

- 9:19 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 9:53 AM. The officer cited a 16-year-old male for Simple Assault from a fight at Ogden High School on Wednesday, April 28, 2021.
Saturday, May 1, 2021
- 2:03 PM. The officer arrested Chris Hefler, 46, of Ogden, and Melissa Hefler, 46, of Ogden, on Greene County Warrants for False Claims of Gambling Winnings. The officer met with a Greene County Deputy in Beaver to transfer the subjects for transport to Greene County jail.
Sunday, May 2, 2021
- 3:34 AM. Boone County Deputies assisted Ogden Fire with a house fire at 420 W Veterans Drive.
- 7:39 AM. Dave Owen reported that around 2:11 AM, someone knocked on their front door, but as this has happened in the past, he did not answer it. When he went outside this morning, he noticed slices of cheese had been spread on the siding and windows.
