Police Report 4/24 - 4/30/2017

Monday, April 24, 2017
- 8:45 AM. The officer returned stolen property to a subject.
- 9:06 PM. The officer received a complaint from the subject in regard to a child custody issue.

Tuesday, April 25, 2017
- 11:43 AM. The officer called the owner of the property at 419 E Sycamore and left a message in regards to junk on the property and tall weeds from last year.
- 1:25 PM. Ogden officer accompanied a DNR employee to check on a report of illegal dumping of oil in the 500 block of West Locust Street. The DNR employee had been notified by the Environmental Protection Agency. There was no illegal dumping of oil found.
- 4:24 PM. The officer received a report of alleged theft of prescription medicine.
- 6:39 PM. The officer arrested Michael Davis, 34, of Ogden on an outstanding Story County Warrant. Davis was taken to Boone County Jail.

Wednesday, April 26, 2017
- 11:10 AM. The officer spoke with of state property owner in regard to junk and tall weeds on the property here in town.
- 4:11 PM. The officer investigated a 2-vehicle accident. Vincent Paye, 48, of Dallas Center, driving a 2016 Dodge Ram was stopped at the stop sign at 220th Street off-ramp and H Avenue when he was struck from behind by a 2013 Ford driven by Nancy Jensen, 43, of Storm Lake. There was approximately $2,000.00 in damage to the Jensen vehicle and $500.00 to the Payne vehicle. There were no charges filed.

Thursday, April 27, 2017
- 10:05 AM. The officer assisted the subject who had fallen and needed help getting to her feet.

Friday, April 28, 2017
- 1:03 PM. The officer handled a property dispute.
- 2:00 PM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 200 block of SW 3rd.
- 3:52 PM. The officer investigated a credit card fraud complaint.
- 6:00 PM. The officer arrested Kelly Boucher, 56, of Ogden for allegedly operating while intoxicated in the 1200 block of H Avenue.
- 8:06 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of a possible protection order violation.
- 9:35 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver on hwy 169. The officer located the vehicle and the driver was fine.

Saturday, April 29, 2017
- 10:02 PM. The officer arrested Douglas Haase, 63, of Ogden, in the 200 blk of South 1st for alleged operating while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, April 30, 2017
- 1:05 PM. Denis Savits reported that someone had tried to pry open his front door.
- 7:18 PM. The officer stopped a vehicle on the westbound 220th off-ramp into Ogden. The passenger in the vehicle was involved in a fight at the Wal-Mart parking lot in Boone. A Boone County Deputy returned to Boone with the subject.
