Monday, April 23, 2018
- 8:56 AM. The officer did a civil stand-by for a child custody exchange at 201 W. Elm St.
- 11:25 AM. The officer assisted a Boone County Deputy attempt to locate a vehicle involved in an accident. The officer was unable to locate the car.
- 2:13 PM. The officer did a civil stand-by while a subject retrieved property at 201 W. Elm St.

- 12:23 PM. The officer did a welfare check on a subject at 619 NW 4th St.
Wednesday, April 25, 2018
- 11:13 AM. The officer arrested Howard McIntosh, 53, of Corydon, for an alleged OWI-2nd Offense. McIntosh also had a warrant for Probation Violation. The officer transported McIntosh to Boone County Jail.
- 4:42 PM. The deputy assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 9:20 PM. Deputies responded to an Ogden resident for a 16-year-old male who wanted to leave the residence without permission. The deputies were able to calm the male subject down and he agreed to stay at home.

- 9:04 AM. The officer received a citizen’s complaint about junk on the property at 614 W Locust Street. The officer spoke with the property owner and he advised he would get the property cleaned up.
- 1:36 PM. Officer assisted Boone County Deputies, Ogden Fire, Ogden First Responders, and Boone County Ambulance with a 2 vehicle accident involving personal injury at 170th and C Avenue.
Friday, April 27, 2018
- 2:04 AM. Ogden officer and Boone County Deputies responded to an intrusion alarm at Casey's General Store. This was set off by an employee of the store.
- 7:05 AM. The officer was asked to look for a white pickup truck pulling an anhydrous tank that was southbound on H Avenue toward Ogden. The reporting party said that the driver was all over the road and had pulled off onto the shoulder. The officer was unable to locate the pickup truck.
- 8:59 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 1:00 PM. The officer assisted the stranded motorist.
- 6:06 PM. Brent Clark, the owner of Clark’s Food Mart, reported they had caught an employee stealing. The employee is a 16-year-old male. Charges are pending.
- 8:28 PM. The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a traffic stop in the 1400 block of H Avenue.
- 9:51 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance with a suicidal subject. The subject was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center.
Saturday, April 28, 2018
- 12:45 AM. The officer was asked to look for a vehicle that was reported as driving erratically on 220th Street. The officer stopped the vehicle in the 200 block of SW 3rd Street. The driver was just tired.
- 3:22 AM. The officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Howe Elementary. This was determined to be a false alarm.
- 5:42 PM. The officer received a complaint of 2 mopeds being driven recklessly in the area of Northern Natural Gas. The officer was unable to locate the mopeds.
- 8:20 PM. The officer provided traffic control for a tractor that broke down in the 800 block of 216th.
- 11:51 PM. Sydney Hultgren reported an individual had attempted to break into her residence at 625 W Locust Street and also vandalized a vehicle in the driveway. This case is under investigation.
