Monday, April 19, 2021
- 7:33 AM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 11:35 AM. Ogden resident found a wallet in the 100 block of West Veterans Drive and turned it in at the Ogden Police Department. The officer returned the wallet to the owner.
- 2:44 PM. The officer observed a Great Dane dog running loose in the 400 block of West Cherry Street. The owner arrived a short time later to pick it up.

Tuesday, April 20, 2021
- 3:25 PM. The officer assisted a female locked out of the vehicle with a 3-month-old baby inside. The officer was able to unlock the vehicle.
- 3:45 PM. The officer observed a bottle jack fall out of a pickup truck. The officer returned the bottle jack to the owner.
- 4:35 PM. The officer assisted Boone County Deputy and Ogden Fire Department with a car fire in the 800 block of 220th Street.
- 4:49 PM. Ogden resident reported that her high school daughter was followed home from school by a male and female in their 40s driving a white Suburban/Tahoe-type vehicle. The subjects told the girl they knew her mother and wanted to follow her home so they could talk to her. The girl took a different route.

Wednesday, April 21, 2021
- 12:47 PM. The officer responded to Ogden Elementary School regarding a child custody issue. The father wanted to take the child out of school, and the mother did not want the father to have the child. There is no court order stating the father could not have the child, so the school released the child to the father.
- 2:57 PM. The officer received a complaint from a subject about a contractor who had not finished work that he had been paid to do. The officer advised the complainant this was a civil issue.
- 3:50 PM. The officer was asked to call a mother back regarding her 10-year-old daughter was receiving strange text messages. After speaking to the mother, it was determined that she wanted to speak with a Madrid Officer. Ogden officer notified Boone County Communications to notify the Madrid officer to contact the complainant.
- 6:14 PM. The officer received a report of a small boy riding an electric car on the road in the 500 block of W. Division Street. The officer spoke with the boy and his mother and advised them to ride in their driveway or sidewalk in front of the house but not in the street.

Thursday, April 22, 2021
- 8:38 AM. The officer was asked to meet with a subject at the Ogden High School Parking lot about an accident last evening. The vehicles had moved, so no state report was filed. The complainant had the other individual’s name.
- 10:25 AM. The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with an accident in the 1200 block of H Avenue.
- 10:55 AM. The officer assisted the stranded motorist in changing a flat tire on the eastbound 220th Street off-ramp to H Avenue.

Friday, April 23, 2021
- 6:28 PM. The deputy received a complaint from an Ogden resident regarding a child custody issue. The deputy spoke with both parties and advised them to follow the court order or possibly face contempt of court charges. Deputy also advised this is a civil issue and advised parties to contact their attorneys.

Saturday, April 24, 2021
- 2:05 PM. The officer assisted a Polk County Deputy in locating the subject of an investigation.
- 2:40 PM. The officer received a complaint about a dead animal in the 300 block of 180th St. The Officer notified a Boone County deputy.
- 4:18 PM. The deputy investigated an incomplete 911 call from a residence in Ogden. Everything was ok.
- 5:26 PM. The deputy assisted a subject in locating a family member.

Sunday, April 25, 2021
- 12:30 PM. The officer handled a parking issue in the 400 block of SE 2nd St.
