Monday, April 17, 2017
- 8:43 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 1200 block of 220th Street.
- 8:28 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of two vehicles driving carelessly around the city park. The officer was unable to locate any vehicles.
- 10:18 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of a vehicle going the wrong way on Highway 30. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

- 11:19 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at 513 NW 7th St. Lot #10.
Wednesday, April 19, 2017
- 10:36 AM. The officer arrested a juvenile for serious assault from an assault that occurred at Spinning Wheels skating rink on the 14th of April.
- 4:32 PM. The officer arrested Lee David Henry Bookout at 620 W Walnut St. Apt. #3 on a warrant out of Guthrie County.
Thursday, April 20, 2017
- 10:36 AM. The officer did a welfare check on an Ogden resident. The subject was fine.
- 10:43 AM. The officer handled a loose dog complaint at the Post Office.
- 10:50 AM. The officer assisted a subject with a building permit question.
- 4:30 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of harassment and bullying occurring at school.
- 11:20 PM. The officer assisted Boone County Deputies with a single-vehicle accident in the 1100 block of 220th.
Friday, April 21, 2017
- 11:13 AM. The officer spoke with the Ogden High School Principal in regards to the bullying incident reported to Ogden Police on Thursday. The principal is aware and taking the necessary steps at the school.
Saturday, April 22, 2017
- 1:40 AM. The officer responded to a reported Burglary in Progress at 320 E Elm Street. The reporting party saw 2 male subjects climb through the window of the house and then come out and run down the alley get in a white vehicle and leave. The officer spoke with the residents of the house and they were fine and nothing was taken.
- 7:57 PM. The officer received a complaint of a possible drunk driver northbound on H Avenue from 270th. The officer stopped the vehicle in the 1200 block of H Avenue. The driver was not intoxicated. He was having trouble due to the trailer he was pulling.

- 4:46 PM. The officer assisted Boone County Deputy, Ogden First Responders, Ogden Fire Department, and Boone County Ambulance with an accident involving personal injury just east of G Avenue on 170th Street.
- 6:40 PM. The officer received a complaint of suspicious activity in the 100 block of West Maple Street.
- 8:18 PM. The officer assisted Boone County Deputy and Ogden Fire with a fire at 602 I Avenue.
