Monday, April 15, 2019
- 6:19 AM.  The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 11:17 AM.  The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone Fire Rescue at 114 W Sycamore Street.
- 4:53 PM.  The deputy responded to 531 E Walnut for a report of a theft of property.
- 6:05 PM.  The deputy responded to 245 W Walnut in regards to a female who reported that her boyfriend would not give her credit card back.  The male subject gave the credit card back upon the Deputy’s arrival.
- 7:01 PM.  The deputy responded to an incomplete 911 call at an Ogden residence.  This turned out to be a child playing with the phone.

Tuesday, April 16, 2019
- 7:50 AM.  The officer responded to a fire alarm at Ogden Middle School.  This was determined to be a false alarm.
- 2:52 PM.  The officer received a complaint about a cat around a residence where the family had moved away.
- 6:21 PM.  The deputy responded to a complaint of a dog running at large and acting aggressively in the 300 block of SE 2nd Street.  The deputy made contact with the owner of the dog and advised them to keep the dog tied up on their property.
- 9:10 PM.  An employee of ACCURA Health reported being assaulted by a resident.  The deputy charged Nichole Origer, 38, of Ogden, with Simple Assault.
- 10:27 PM.  An Ogden resident reported to the Deputy that she was being threatened via phone and text messages from her ex-boyfriend.  The subject requested extra patrol and advised she would seek a protection order.

Wednesday, April 17, 2019
- NOON. The officer investigated suspicious activity.
- 3:35 PM. The officer handled an animal complaint.
- 4:58 PM. The deputy handled a loose dog complaint at 202 SW 7th St.

Thursday, April 18, 2019
- 1:27 PM. The officer investigated a reckless driver complaint on Highway 30. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
- 2:35 PM. The officer handled a parking complaint in the 200 block of West Mulberry St.
- 3:29 PM. The officer handled a parking complaint in the 300 block of SE 2nd St.
- 3:46 PM. The deputy investigated phone harassment in the 500 block of SW 5th St.

Friday, April 19, 2019
- 1:50 AM. The deputy assisted Ogden Fire at 625 E. Oak St. with a fire alarm.
- 7:20 AM. The officer investigated an intrusion alarm at the Ogden Middle School.
- 2:01 PM. The officer assisted Ogden Fire with a trailer fire in the 800 block of 220th Street.

Saturday, April 20, 2019
- 1:56 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance at 326 SW 7th Street Place.

Sunday, April 20, 2019
- 11:06 AM.  The officer was asked to check on the welfare of a 2-year-old male.  The child was fine.
- 3:20 PM.  The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 3:35 PM.  The officer assisted the Deputy in looking for a runaway from Boone.  The subject was believed to be at Don Williams Park.  The subject was located a short time later in Boone.
- 4:55 PM.  The officer received a report of a dog on the porch roof at 225 N 1st Street.  The dog jumped back through the window into the house upon the officer’s arrival.
