Monday, March 30, 2026
-3:43PM. Officer was flagged down at the City Park due to a young child twisting an ankle. The child’s parent was enroute, so the officer stood by until the parent’s arrival. Medical assistance was not required.
-5:13PM. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of W Sycamore. It was believed the person may have been a door-to-door solicitor. Deputy attempted to locate the subject and verify if they were a solicitor and had a valid peddler’s permit, but was unable to locate them.

-11:37PM. Officer and deputies responded to a report of a physical domestic dispute in the 200 block of S 1st St. The investigation is ongoing.
Thursday, April 2, 2026
-3:58PM. Officers located, and subsequently arrested, 44-year-old Selvin Estuardo Gonzalez Jaimes, of Ogden, in the 400 block of SE 4th St for an active warrant.
Friday, April 3, 2026
-1:00AM. Officer conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of W Cherry St.
-12:30PM. Officer provided traffic control for the annual Pony Express Ride that travelled through town.
-3:50PM. Officer took a phone call regarding harassment. The suspect was located and warned to cease all contact with the reporting party.
Saturday, April 4, 2026
-11:13AM. Deputy responded to a report of a subject experiencing a mental health episode in the 100 block of SW 5th St. The subject was not a harm to themselves or others and was given permission to stay with family.
-2:00PM. Deputies provided a funeral escort from Ogden to Beaver.
-9:05PM. Deputies responded to the skating rink for a report of a young female making threats and displaying inappropriate pictures. All involved children and their parents/guardians were identified and contacted.

-Midnight: Reports of a suspicious individual travelling door-to-door was reported. The individual was described as short, entirely covered in fur, long ears and carrying a basket.
