Monday, March 13, 2017
- 8:30 AM. The officer investigated a minor property damage accident in the 200 blk. of W. Walnut St.
- 10:00 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at 308 SE 2nd St.
- 10:55 AM. Officer responded to an intrusion alarm at the Ogden Middle School. It was set off by an employee.
- 12:26 PM. The officer assisted a subject with a missing animal.
- 1:10 PM. The officer handled a parking complaint in the 200 block of West Walnut St.
- 6:47 PM. The officer investigated a domestic assault at 520 S. 1st. The Officer arrested Haley Ellsworth, 24, of Ogden for alleged domestic assault.

Tuesday, March 14, 2017
- 8:55 AM. The officer investigated a suspicious vehicle complaint in the 500 blk. of N. 1st       St.
- 2:10 PM. The officer investigated a single-vehicle accident in the 100 blk. of NW 7th St.
- 3:26 PM. The officer received a complaint of a loose dog in the 200 blk. of SW 5th St.
- 4:13 PM. The officer investigated a theft from an Ogden business.

Wednesday, March 15, 2017
- 9:42 AM. The officer investigated a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver on H Avenue. The Officer checked on the vehicle and it was ok.
- 2:12 PM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at Casey’s.
- 3:20 PM. The officer investigated possible identity theft.
- 5:18 PM. The officer responded to 207 Haws Dr. for a possible gas leak.

Thursday, March 16, 2017
- 4:44 PM. The officer received a complaint of an opossum that was seen in the 300 blk. of NE 4th Street. The opossum ran from the officer.
- 5:46 PM. The officer continued the investigation of check fraud.

Friday, March 17, 2017
- 12:55 PM. Officer arrested Brian E Ingram, Jr, 38 of Ogden on a warrant for Fraud/Forgery of a check.
- 1:05 PM. An employee of Boone Area Humane Society reported she had received an anonymous tip that people had moved and left a cat in the garage. The officer spoke with the resident and they are moving, the cat had gotten out of the house and they stop by every day to put food and water out. They will catch the cat before they are moved completely.
- 10:17 PM. The officer received a complaint of 2 male juveniles being harassed by 2 other male juveniles.
- 11:09 PM. The officer received a complaint of someone knocking on the door of the residence and leaving. The officer looked around the area and found no one around.
- 11:31 PM. The officer received a report that support staff at a Genesis Home at 114 W Sycamore Street had left the premises. A new staff member arrived shortly.

Sunday, March 19, 2017
- 9:06 AM. The officer assisted the motorist locked out of the vehicle.
- 2:19 PM. The officer interviewed the suspect of a burglary last month.
- 3:04 PM. The officer received a report of a male juvenile climbing onto the roof of the concession stand at Howe Ball Fields. The subject was gone upon the officer’s arrival.
- 7:28 PM. Officer responded to an incomplete 911 call from an Ogden residence. This was determined to be a problem with the phone.
- 8:04 PM. The officer received a report of 2 suspicious-looking male subjects in the 500 blk. of NW 6th Street. The officer was unable to locate the subjects.
