Police Report 3/11 - 3/24/2024

Monday, March 11, 2024
- 11:08 AM. The officer took a report of a burglary that had occurred in the 700 block of W Sycamore St. It was reported that a trailer had been gone through over the weekend and multiple Milwaukee tools, as well as a CZ 97 pistol, were missing. The investigation is ongoing.
- 1:00 PM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of SW 4th St.
- 2:14 PM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of S 1st St.

Tuesday, March 12, 2024
- 9:12 PM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of W Division St.

Wednesday, March 13, 2024
- 1:11 AM. The officer assisted the Ogden Fire Department with investigating a report of smoke odor coming from a house in the 200 block of SW 4th St.
- 6:25 PM. The officer investigated a report of an open door at the Post Office. The building was secured.

Thursday, March 14, 2024
- 8:55 AM. The officer investigated a report of a reckless driver traveling eastbound on Highway 30 from Greene County. The officer located the vehicle entering Ogden and followed it until L Ave, but did not observe any driving issues.
- 10:54 AM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of SW 5th St.
- 2:35 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 237 W. Mulberry St.
- 5:52 PM. The officer served an arrest warrant at 228 Haws Dr. The Officer arrested Danielle Faust on two outstanding Boone County warrants.
- 6:38. PM The Officer received a complaint of a loose dog at W. Division St. and SW 9th St. The animal was located by its owner.

Friday, March 15, 2024
- 4:50 PM The Officer investigated a complaint of a reckless driver on Highway 30. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

Sunday, March 17, 2024
- 2:17. AM Deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of E Walnut St.
- 12:08PM. The deputy provided a funeral escort.
- 10:18 PM. Deputy responded to an alarm at the Ogden Caseys. It was determined to be a false alarm.
- 10:37. PM. Deputy assisted the Ogden Fire Department with investigating an odor of smoke in the 200 block of W Mulberry St.

Tuesday, March 19, 2024
- 10:13AM. The officer followed up on a report of a dog fight that had occurred earlier that morning near the intersection of N 1st St and E Elm St.
- 12:42 PM. The officer assisted with a motor vehicle unlock in the 400 block of E Oak St.
- 1:10 PM. The officer served a 10-day Home Quarantine form in the 500 block of NW 6th St regarding a dog bite that occurred on Friday, March 15, 2024, in the City of Boone. This was done as a courtesy to the Boone Area Humane Society.
- 7:11 PM. The officer conducted a welfare check on a child in the 200 block of SW 2nd St. The child was fine and had just been in a small fight with a fellow child at the residence.

Wednesday, March 20, 2024
- 10:15 AM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of SW 3rd St.
- 10:20 AM. The officer located a missing puppy in the 200 block of SW 3rd St. The collar had a phone number, and the owner was promptly contacted.
- 3:13 PM. The deputy responded to a report of 3 dogs at large in the 100 block of E Locust. The deputy was unable to locate any owners and transported the dogs to the Boone Area Humane Society. The owners were notified later that night, and the dogs were returned.

Friday, March 22, 2024
- 3:45 AM. The deputy investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of W Walnut St. A lost male was located, and the deputy assisted with transporting him to his hotel in Boone.

Saturday, March 23, 2024
- 8:55 PM. The deputy investigated a 911 hang-up in the 100 block of E Elm St. The Deputy made contact with residents, who advised it was an accidental call.
