Police Report 2/5 - 2/11/2024

Monday, February 5, 2024
- 10:33 AM. The officer received additional information regarding an ongoing harassment issue in the 300 block of NE 3rd St.
- 12:34 PM. The officer received information about a scam. The reporting party stated that he had received a call stating that his grandson needed bail money. The reporting party checked and verified that his grandson was in Kansas and not in jail. No money was transferred or lost.
- 1:45 PM. The officer returned a phone call regarding a civil issue. The officer gave suggestions on possible contacts to make.
- 10:17 PM. The deputy followed up on a report of a car vs. animal motor vehicle collision. The caller called in from the 300 block of E Sycamore, but the collision occurred near Don Williams.

Tuesday, February 6, 2024
- 2:25 PM. The officer and Deputy responded to a request to check the welfare of a suspicious person at Lincoln Prairie Park. The subject was found to be fine and was just resting in the park.

Wednesday, February 7, 2024
- 6:29 AM. The deputy assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of SW 2nd St.
- 10:13 AM. The deputy investigated a motor vehicle collision at the Ogden High School.
- 10:44 AM. The officer and Deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of N 1st St.
- 10:49 AM. The officer provided a police escort for a funeral procession.
- 2:58 PM. The officer investigated a report of a fight near W Sycamore St and NW 4th St. It was determined that it was just kids playing.

Thursday, February 8, 2024
- 8:31 AM. The officer assisted a disabled vehicle at the intersection of 1st St and Walnut St.
- 7:03 PM. The officer conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of SE 4th St. The subject was found to be fine and was directed to call back the reporting party.

Friday, February 9, 2024
- 11:00 AM. The officer picked up a lost dog that had been located in the 600 block of Haws Dr. The dog was returned to its owners in the 300 block of W Division St.
