Police Report 2/5 - 2/11/2018

Monday, February 5, 2018
- 10:00 AM.  Lewis Stahl reported the theft of several items from his residence at 531 E Walnut Street.
- 12:29 PM.  James Hiebert reported that someone was using his business information fraudulently.
- 4:30 PM.  The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 8:21 PM.  Casey's General Store employee reported that a white vehicle left westbound on Veterans Drive without paying for $53.00 in gasoline.  The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

Tuesday, February 6, 2018
- 7:38 AM.  The officer received a report of a male juvenile being harassed by another male juvenile by text.  The officer spoke with the mother of the offending party and advised her to have the son stop or charges would be filed.
- 6:02 PM.  The officer received a report of a teenage female being harassed by another female juvenile.  The officer spoke with the mother of the offending female and advised her to have the daughter stop or charges would be filed.

Wednesday, February 7, 2018
- 6:30 AM.   The officer received a citizen complaint of bags of trash sitting along the road in front of an Ogden residence.  The officer spoke with the resident and he will get the bags picked up and make contact with the sanitation service to get the service re-instated.
- 11:35 AM.  The manager of Casey called asking for assistance in locating the owner of a vehicle that had been parked in front of the store for several hours.
- 3:23 PM.  Lewis Stahl reported some more items he has discovered missing from his residence.

Thursday, February 8, 2018
- 3:00 PM.  The officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 600 block of S 1st Street.
- 7:40 PM.  Boone County Deputy responded to a reported call of harassment at 232 SW 6th Bldg 2 Apt 1.  This was determined to be a civil issue.

Friday, February 9, 2018
- 8:25 AM. The officer received a complaint of a reckless driver.
- 10:58 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 100 block of SW 4th St.
- 11:08 AM. The officer assisted a citizen with transportation.
- 3:51 PM. The officer assisted the Department of Human Services locate someone.

Saturday, February 10, 2018
- 1:48 PM. The officer investigated a property vandalism complaint in the 500 block of W. Sycamore St.
- 7:16 PM. The deputy investigated a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of NE 3rd St. and E. Sycamore St.
- 8:38 PM. Deputies investigated a domestic dispute at 313 SW 7th St. Deputies arrested Heather Winterfeld for alleged simple domestic assault.

- 11:56 AM. The officer did a civil standby at 313 SW 7th St.
