Monday, February 20, 2023
- 5:34 AM. The deputy investigated suspicious activity at 702 W. Locust St.

Tuesday, February 21, 2023
- 9:01 AM. The officer investigated suspicious activity at 719 W. Cherry St.
- 9:03 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 225 SW 8th St.
- 2:13 PM. The officer assisted with traffic control for a funeral escort.

Wednesday, February 22, 2023
- 8:30 AM. The officer investigated a harassment report at 732 W Division St.

Thursday, February 23, 2023
- 10:5AM. The officer returned a phone call regarding a scam. The reporting party stated that while checking his emails, a pop-up alert showed up on his computer screen, claiming to be with Microsoft. The scammer was then able to gain access to the victim’s computer and, therefore, attained his banking information. The victim was able to get to his local bank and cancel all of his accounts before any money was taken. He also went and had his computer checked by a tech to ensure it was safe.
- 1:45 PM. The officer assisted a citizen at 619 Haws Dr with gaining entry into her home.
- 2:38 PM. The officer responded to a report of a runaway juvenile at 413 W Division St. The juvenile was located at a friend’s house a short time later and was returned home.

Friday, February 24, 2023
- 11:56 AM. The officer assisted medical personnel at 513 NE 4th St.

Saturday, February 25, 2023
- NOON. The officer responded to a report of an assault at 702 W Sycamore St. As a result of the investigation, Michael Elsberry, age 63 of Ogden, was arrested for Simple Assault and taken to the Boone County Jail.
- 1:56 PM. The officer investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of W Chestnut St.

Sunday, February 26, 2023
- 1:35 PM. The officer investigated a noise complaint in the 200 block of SW 6th St.
- 6:56 PM. The deputy investigated an animal complaint in the 400 block of NW 4th St.
- 8:14 PM. The deputy returned a phone call regarding a civil issue.
