- 7:57 AM. The officer responded to the 400 block of E Walnut St to speak with someone experiencing an anxiety attack.
- 8:01 AM. Deputies responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of SE 2nd St and E Division St.
- 8:06 AM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of S 1st St.
- 8:50 AM. The officer and deputy responded to the Ogden Family Clinic for a patient experiencing a mental health crisis.
- 11:48 AM. The officer assisted a resident in the 200 block of W Maple St who had locked themselves out of their house.
- 12:10 PM. The officer assisted with a vehicle unlock at the Ogden Caseys.

- 1:26 AM. The deputy assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of SW 4th St.
- 10:40 PM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of E Elm St.

- 9:11 AM. The officer responded to a medical alarm in the 400 block of E Walnut St. It was determined to be a false alarm.
- 4:09 PM. The officer attempted to unlock a vehicle in the 200 block of SE 2nd St.

- 8:23 AM. The officer conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of SW 7th St. The residents were found to be fine.
- 11:39 AM. The officer investigated a report of a barking dog/welfare check of a dog in the 300 block of E Walnut St. The dog was back inside the house upon the officer’s arrival.
- 10:50 PM. The officer investigated a report of suspicious activity near NW 3rd St and W Chestnut St. It was just 2 people who chose that location to talk.

- 4:08 PM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of E Walnut St.
Saturday, February 15, 2025
- 6:28 AM. Deputies responded to the 400 block of E Walnut St to speak with someone experiencing an anxiety attack.
- 4:45 PM. Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of W Maple St. The parties were separated and there was no evidence of the fight being physical.
- 6:29 PM. The deputy assisted with a subject locked out of their house in the 100 block of S 1st St.

- 2:35 PM. Off-duty officer and deputy responded to an assault in the 300 block of S 1st St. As a result of the investigation, a 15-year-old was cited for assault and released to a parent.
