Monday, December 15, 2025
-7:29AM. Officer responded to a motor vehicle collision (property damage only) in the 300 block of NW 2nd St. An information exchange was completed, and one motorist was issued a warning for failure to yield right of way.
-11:06AM. Officer assisted Ogden Middle/High School administrators with a threat assessment on a student. There was no active threat to the school or community.

Tuesday, December 16, 2025
-5:29PM. Officer and deputy responded to a report of a juvenile experiencing a mental health crisis in the 300 block of N 1st St. The child was having violent and destructive outbursts before fleeing on foot. The child was located a short time later and transported to the Boone County Hospital for an evaluation.

Wednesday, December 17, 2025
-8:50AM. Deputy provided a vehicle unlock in the 300 block of SW 7th St.
-12:32PM. Officer took a report of a theft in the 600 block of Haws Dr.
-9:59PM. Officer and deputy responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 200 block of NE 3rd St. As a result of the investigation, 47-year-old Nickolas Fitzgerald, of Ogden, was placed under arrest for domestic abuse assault.

-3:50PM. Officer provided a civil standby in the 200 block of NE 3rd St.

Friday, December 19, 2025
-9:15AM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of SW 6th St.
-12:27PM. Officer responded to a motor vehicle collision in the Ogden High School parking lot.

Saturday, December 20, 2025
-11:32AM. Deputy assisted a motorist with jumpstarting their vehicle in the 200 block of W Mulberry St.
-7:42PM. Deputy provided a welfare check on an individual in the 700 block of W Walnut St. The subject was found to be okay and not in need of any assistance.

Sunday, December 21, 2025
-2:32PM. Deputies assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of W Cherry St. LifeFlight also responded to assist.
