Police Report 12/13 - 12/19/2021

Monday, December 13, 2021
- NOON. The deputy handled a parking complaint at 108 S. 1st St.
- 5:40 PM. The deputy did a welfare check at 213 SW 7th St.

Tuesday, December 14, 2021
- 7:55. AM. Deputy assisted Ogden First responders at 108 W. Walnut St.
- 3:39PM. Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders at 219 SW 9th St.

Wednesday, December 15, 2021
- 12:06 PM. The officer handled a parking complaint in the 100 block of S 1st St.
- 2:14 PM. The officer assisted Accura Health staff with two visitors, causing problems. Those visitors left the property.
- 7:13 PM Officer and a Boone County Deputy stopped a subject at 513 NW 7th St. Lot 1. Deputy arrested James Merrill, 61, of Ogden, for allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, December 16, 2021
- 8:52 AM. The officer assisted public works with a road blockage in the 400 block of E. Sycamore St.
- 9:00 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 313 SW 5th St.

Friday, December 17, 2021
- 8:24 AM. Dixie Law reported that her wallet was taken from her vehicle while it was parked outside of her residence at 620 W Walnut Street. This occurred between December 14-December 17, 2021.
- 1:36 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 2:31 PM. The officer received a complaint of a male subject driving a gray Chevrolet Impala yelling at kids. The caller said he was on Highway 169 near a gas station. Ogden officer checked the area around Casey’s but could not find anyone matching that description.
- 9:50 PM. Deputies responded to a Domestic dispute at 314 E Mulberry Street. Deputies arrested Stephanie Royce, 31, of Perry, for Domestic Abuse Assault resulting in personal injury.

Saturday, December 18, 2021
- 10:24 AM. The officer was asked to look for a pickup truck pulling a long trailer eastbound on 220th from Grand Junction. The driver of the pickup was reportedly tailgating and driving on the shoulder of the road. The officer stopped the suspect vehicle at I Avenue and 220th Street and spoke with the driver about his driving habits.
- 10:36 AM. The officer was asked to check on the welfare of an Ogden resident. Family members have been trying to reach her and have not been able to. The officer contacted the subject and had her call family members while the officer was there.

- 10:56 AM. The officer received a report of doors opening and closing at the old Howe Elementary Building due to the wind. The officer stopped and checked on the building. The doors are wired shut but can open slightly
