Police Report 11/9 - 11/15/2020

Monday, November 9, 2020
- 8:40. AM. Teresa Heck reported that a property pin had been removed from her father-in-law’s property at 518 W Sycamore Street.
- 8:43AM. The officer investigated a 2-vehicle accident in the Ogden High School parking lot. A 2000 Ford was pulling into a parking space when he hit the open door on a 2013 Dodge Caravan. There was approximately $1,500 in damage to the Dodge Caravan and no damage to the Ford.
- 2:00 PM. The officer received a report of a young female walking south from Casey’s in the rain. The officer spoke with the 17-year-old female, and she said that she was walking back to Des Moines. The officer gave her a ride.
- 4:00. PM. Officers assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 5:17PM. The officer responded to a report of a domestic situation at 513 W Maple Street. This was a verbal argument only.

Wednesday, November 11, 2020
- 12:35 PM. The officer received a report of a black Dodge Caravan westbound on 220th from Boone driving erratically. The complainant advised the van exited into Ogden and proceeded west on Division Street. The officer located the van in the Ogden High School parking lot. The driver was a 16-year-old male and denied having any issues with his driving. The officer warned the subject about his driving habits.
- 2:00 PM. The officer spoke with the resident about a pile of garbage bags on the outside of his residence. The subject said that he would take care of it.

Thursday, November 12, 2020
- 7:53 AM. The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a single-vehicle rollover involving personal injury in the 900 block of 216th Drive.
- 9:00 AM. The officer returned a phone call to a subject regarding a question about burning a large tree pile.
- 3:00 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 5:10 PM. The deputy was asked to perform a welfare check on an Ogden resident. The subject was calm when the deputy arrived, but family members were going to be taken to hospital to be evaluated.

Friday, November 13, 2020
- 9:25 AM. The officer investigated a complaint of harassment at Accura Health.
- 10:50 AM. The officer investigated a verbal fight at 602 NW 4th St.

- 9:31 AM. The officer handled a loose dog complaint in the 500 blk of West Maple St
