- 3:37 AM. The deputy attempted a welfare check at 513 NW 3rd St. The Deputy was unable to locate anyone.
- 9:05 AM. The officer did a welfare check on a subject at 513 NW 3rd St. The Officer was unable to locate anyone.
- 10:12 AM. The officer did a welfare check on a subject at 513 NW 3rd St. The Subject was located, and family members came to help him.
- 11:36 AM. The officer assisted a subject with a motor vehicle question.
- 2:38 PM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at Casey’s.
- 4:14 PM Officer assisted Ankeny Police Department in locating and recovering some unlawfully purchased mail packages.

- 9:20 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at 797 216th St.
- 9:38 AM. The officer returned stolen property to a subject.
- 11:55 AM. The officer investigated a barking dog complaint in the 200 block of E. Division St. The Officer was unable to locate the residence where the dogs were barking.

- 1:45 PM. The officer received a complaint of a subject that may be driving while intoxicated.

Friday, November 12, 2021
- 11:30 AM. The officer received a report of possible harassment.
- 4:05 PM. Ogden officers responded to a hold-up alarm at Peoples Bank. This turned out to be a false alarm, as the hold-up alarm was accidentally set off by an employee.

Saturday, November 13, 2021
- 5:00 AM. The deputy took a report from an Ogden resident that her 14-year-old son had left the house around 8 PM and had not returned home yet.
- 9:18 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 9:30 AM. The officer received a call from an Ogden resident claiming her 14-year-old son had just returned home.
- 11:30 AM. The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a funeral escort.
- 4:21 PM. The officer received a report that a black Husky dog had run off from 120 W Mulberry.
- 5:09 PM. The officer received a call from the owner of the black Husky dog, and the dog had returned home.

Sunday, November 14, 2021
- 1:25 AM. The officer assisted Boone County Deputies, Ogden First Responders, and Boone County Ambulance with a single-vehicle accident involving personal injury in the 900 block of 216th.
- 10:06 AM. The officer assisted Boone County Ambulance at 513 W Maple Street.
- 10:35 AM. The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 3:10 PM. The officer responded to a reported fight between an adult male and female at 202 E Walnut. There was a verbal argument between adult siblings, and the female shoved the male, and he stumbled backward and fell into a window, breaking it. No charges were filed.
- 4:21 PM. Officers responded to 202 E Walnut for a reported fight. Neither party wished to pursue charges, and the officer gave the male half a ride to Boone to stay with a friend for the night.
